I called the day before to set up a reservation for my vehicle they told me they do not make reservations all I needed was my oil changed and I brought it in at open 8:00 a.m.$30 to get your oil changed and it takes about 15 minutes service time and they charge you for waste disposal and $16 on labor fee so to get my oil changed it cost $50 here. This establishment is not built for women. Not only will they not inform you what's going on with your car they will not answer the phone with a respectable professional manner they will disrespect you gas like you and then hang up on you. And if you try to talk to the management about it they will not only influence that behavior by lying to your face saying that you called more times than you did and presented an attitude you didn't have to justify their own behavior. Don is the manager there will blame you for the disrespectful behavior of his workers. And he would rather lose a customer than act professional and take accountability for his behavior or employee's. I'm glad that you're happy losing a customer. But I feel bad for the women who are calling to put their car in for a bunch of men to be disrespectful over the phone and in person. Go somewhere else.

Purchased and had installed, 4 new tires, was told it needed over $1600. Of work done, before they could do alignment. I went elsewhere for repairs (far less $). I contacted Port Huron tire to setup my alignment, and was informed, "we don't make appointments". So I was there, when they opened at 8am.I handed the keys to Doug, and said I was here for alignment and sat down. He messed with his computer and papers for about 10 mins. Then informs me that alignment isn't part of tire purchase.When I originally called for a quote, he told me alignment and rotation were part of package.Ladies, don't go here! Very disappointed and definitely don't trust this business.

DOG OWNERS BEWARE!!! Went to pick up my car and had my 2 dogs with me. I always bring them so this was not unusual. Frank was more than disgusted, screamed at me in front of 3 different customers and all his mechanics in back. In fact, I had to wipe his spit of my glasses. Told me not to bring my “shitty little car” back. One of my dogs is my pet-support animal and a certified therapy dog. Don’t expect kindness in that store. I phoned the police and even though he lied to the officers, lucky for me they have cameras. Also, if you try to call their corporate office, they are not part of Firestone. Good luck to all seniors and animals.Service: General repairs & maintenance
