The pharmacist on duty on 6/1/24 was the most unhelpful and rude individual I have ever met. My insurance just went into effect, I didn't have my card yet, and what I did provide him, had everything but the rx bin number for bcbs. He told me if I can locate it in his computer system, to go ahead and show him. I left in distress, had my meds called into walgreens, and 30 min later, guess what? They could find my insurance information n I was headed home to heal. I will never give this place my business again. 1st and final time.

I have been using this pharmacy on Pine Grove for many years. Always received the best service. Over the last few months, they have not had my dosage of my prescription in. For multiple prescriptions. The pharmacist seemed angry when I phoned in that I hadn’t heard that my prescription was filled. He told me to fill elsewhere as the medicine I needed hasn’t been in stock for 30 days. I’ve always been polite. The service had really gone downhill. Disappointing that the pharmacy has gotten this bad.

Nice Ride Aid. Right near the border with Canada. Amy was our cashier, she was very polite and helpful and upbeat. The only con was the drink cooler was broken. Otherwise, a good experience.

literally just had the worst experience calling this place to get my refills on a drop off THEY lost. they hung up on me and ignored my calls seven times because they said on the 8th call there was "nothing they could do for me". I already spoke to my hospital who said to have them call them, but did they give me the chance to relay this? no. instead, they gave me more grief. and when I called back upset and angry, I get sarcasm and mockery. this place is a joke. I will be getting the name of that pharmacist and getting her reported. be more professional. working the 10:30am shift on a Wednesday 3/22

This is an absolutely terrible Pharmacy and Pharmacist. I called for 35 minutes straight to ask the Pharmacist if a prescription was called in, there was no answer. Then I called the store and spoke to the manager. He said they are understaffed and there was NOBODY helping in the Pharmacy. I gave him my info and he said the Pharmacist wouldcall back. She never did. I went there in person there was no line, i asked the pharmacist if my script was called in she answered in 30 seconds. They are lazy and incompetent. There was also a Pharmacy Tech there helping.

Came in for a walk-in vaccine and when I told the girl at the window she huffed and gave me an attitude.. made me feel like an inconvenience… Giving two stars beause the pharmacist himself was very professional and nice.

Sean may benefit from additional customer service training. Picking fights with friendly customers about which register is open and what type of soda they chose, not professional or necessary. Hope his day got better.

A standard drug store. Not a great location to get into and out of but has almost anything that you could need. The store is spacious and seems to be pretty clean. Just standard chain drug store. No complaints but nothing stands out either
