Buyers beware - this location may tell you that you need to bundle up accessories and buy insurance to trade in your device. This is not true and seems to be done in order for their sales associates to make their KPI’s.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced tried to report fraud for an account that was opened in my name that I did not make. They gave me a customer service phone number, and customer service told me I had to go back to T-Mobile to fill out a fraud form. So I did that, and even their manager doesn’t know how to do that. Long story short I had to go to the T-Mobile on the north end of port Huron, and as soon as I got there Bryan helped me with my issue. No problem. No questions asked absolutely do not go to this location!

Very pushy sales people and when I was in there with a problem with my order, I was told to call customer care. Customer care had told me to go there and stay on the line. When I handed my phone for them to speak to customer support, they said they couldn’t do anything… they didn’t even look at my account. Not pleased, and the gentleman with customer support heard everything and is filing as escalation.

I expect to be swindled just a bit, like a car dealership. I left the store on top of the world, thinking finally I hadn’t been tricked. THEN the bill came, I shouldn’t have been surprised but here it is- all accessories that we had been told were free because “that’s how they do it at T-mobile” we’re definitely not “free”.The third line was supposed to be the free generation 2, they did the generation 3. Further adding to the bill.All the questions I asked seemed to be background noise, with no real answers and seemed to be stressed out. I’m guessing this guy was new so I’m being nice.The store seems like it was entrusted to really young kids, take that as you will. I would most definitely take billing to another location (any).The POS was very much a problem for the worker, it seemed like he was frustrated by it and I can understand.Overall I hope someone with experience comes in to fortify this location.The parking was cramped and the area was crowded.

WARNING. Beware that if an employee tells you any accessories come with your phone purchase, they're either lying or don't know what they're doing. Check your bill in the app and confirm with the real T-mobile reps. Real name of this store is Fast Wireless.Been using T-Mobile for 6 years and just had a chat rep fix a HUGE mistake from this store.ALSO had to have 611 fix a problem, the day after my purchases they added on protection services that were never mentioned or authorized.So much unnecessary stress and wasted time. If the owner/manager cares, should really make sure all employees are trained correctly to prevent situations like this.

I wasn't at T-Mobile but at the new Jersey Mike's subs in the same shopping strip. Nice fresh subs meats are sliced as sandwich is ordered. A bit pricey but great. Leaves you wanting to go back very soon for another.

Horrible. The people working which is two take alll day helping. They talk talk don’t know how to multi task with customers. You’ll be standing in there all day! Just shut it down already.

Came in to look at a new phone due to my phone I have now being damaged and was told by one of the workers if I called 611 I would be able to make a claim and get a new phone tomorrow. Called again today to check on my claim and was told it’s 100 to get a new phone. I should not be getting told something that is not true! Worst phone store ever. Nothing but young kids fresh out of high school that have no idea what they are doing.

The representative was really helpful and kind towards me coming in and getting a new phone.Have been using this phone for a while now and the service is great and the bill is way cheaper than my old carrier.
