Pulled up 10 minutes after opening, doors are all still locked, whats the point of having store hours, if they don't honor them

The hour stipulate they are open at 9 AM. It is now 10 AM and they are not even open. Please change your hours if you don’t intend to open at 9 AM.

When I got my food there was RAT POOP in my sub! And when I called the store they would never answer. THAT IS SICK AND HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

I had the absolute worst experience last week, and this will sound made up, but I swear it’s all true -Ordered 2 subs on the app at 6pm > said it would be ready in 10 > husband went to pick up through the drive through, and the person asked if he was from Door Dash, and he said no, so then they shut off all the lights on him > they wouldn’t answer him after that so he came home and I called > the person who answered would.not give their name or the name of the manager but said that they ran out of bread so they would not be able to make our subs > I asked for a refund > this was also refused and they said I should be able to get the refund from the app > this was not possible > I called back, got the same person > he said “listen I don’t really know what’s going on, I just got here at 4pm and they said we’d probably close early because we ran out of bread” > I said “okay but since I am not getting my food, I would like my money back” > guy says “I don’t know what to tell you” > Are you freaking serious?! > The next day I called back and spoke to someone else > she was just as helpful as the guy the night before, and when I asked for her name she also wouldn’t give it to me, then I asked for the name of the Owner, and she acted like I was crazy! > she said: “ya know, I am about to clock-out, so here is my coworker” > the coworker then asked if my name was ___________ & I said yes, and she said “well I have your order right here, I can make it right now” > I asked my husband if he still wanted it and he said sure, so I told the girl to yes please go ahead and make it, and my husband would head over to pick it up > my husband is gone 30 freakin minutes because they didn’t even start making it until he got there!! They did not apologize for the inconvenience and we were never offered a refund. We will never eat there again, especially now that Jersey Mikes is open just down the road.

Ordered online never got any product they refuse to give my money back they refuse to give me corporates number they refuse to give me a manager's number they refuse everything in general this place is disturbing and they need to learn how to give people their money back when they don't give them any

We always have problems with this location. Just the other day we ordered two pizza subs online. Neither one had pizza sauce on them. I called twice and let it rang at least 10 times each with no answer. So I wrote a message through the website. I did receive a I’m sorry this happened , have a good day anyways message back from the manager of the store. What I wanted was them to fix the problem , maybe offer to remake it , or maybe a sub at a later date. I’m not upset to the worker for forgetting the pizza sauce. I’m more upset how the manager and corporate handled it and didn’t fix the problem. I’ve talked to a few people about this , and I’ve learned that this location 24 th street , hasn’t answered any phone calls since COVID. Try harder 24 th street Subway !

Absolute worst. I ordered in the app, it showed my order was ready at 6pm, I was already there in the parking lot so I pulled up to the drive through and was told to pull up to the window. My order was not ready and I waited until 6:15. The sandwiches were slop, they only had flatbread, they ran out of the bread I ordered along with everything but flatbread. How does a sandwich shop have no bread?! I paid extra for bacon and surprise, no bacon. I wasted time and $45 that I work hard to earn. I would never go back nor recommend.

11/22/23 I placed my order online at 11:15am to pick up at 11:45am. I got an email at 11:29am saying my order was almost ready. I got to the pick up window at 11:46, took 3 mins for someone to come to the window. My order was NOT ready, I was asked to pull up to the door and they would bring it out. My order was handed to me at 11:54am. This is not acceptable ESPECIALLY when people leave work on their lunch break to come pick up food!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This subway can't seem to hire the right staff. The meat always tastes and/freezer burned, and the sandwiches are slapped together. They also tend to experience errors with their app and don't know how to handle the situation of a refund, especially when the customer buys the order again in person (vs. the app that the order was lost on but still charged for). Paid $40 for a footlong and a 6in with 2 cookies. Robbery.
