They are miss leading . I rented a truck on a Saturday afternoon for 1 day , he said they were closed on Sunday an I could just pull in drop the key in th drop box . Thinking since they were closed it didn’t matter what time I pulled in an he didn’t mention it . So I brought it back dinner time an dropped it . An got a bill for 2 days rent . Plus he said it was full of gas but after 140 miles I had to put 80$ in the tank so my 1 day rental for 19.95 plus mileage turned into 342.00$ there is to many around to let this scammer stay in business

Rented a 4 x 8 trailer for traveling 1076 miles and upon pickup it was 19° with a negative one windchill factor. They were very polite, very professional, and very helpful and accommodating even in the very cold weather.

Was charged for gas after I filled it to the line where it was when I got it. We only drove it for 14 miles. Somehow the level moved 1/8 to 3/4 after driving 3 miles to the location to drop it off after getting gas. Was not happy, want a refund for the fuel i was charged. The gentleman who rented the uhaul was incredibly rude & not very nice.

Rented a 20' truck and dolly. People were very nice and helpful. The truck worked great. The whole process of rental was quick and easy. I would definitely return.

Rented a car dolly for the weekend and couldn’t be happier. Worked perfectly, and the staff here is exceptional. Helped me hook it up to my RV for the first time, find the right electrical adaptor, and tested everything. They were also flexible with the pick up and drop off times which was a HUGE help. I’ll be coming back here anytime I need a U-Haul…oh and the ACE hardware is also great inside. Nice not to have to walk 2 miles around a store for 1-2 things.
