by far the worst ups ive ever had to deal with. had a package shipt to me through UPS. i signed up for texts updates about my delivery. never got any updates. never received my package i got a picture of my porch from the street with absolutely no package on my porch. hope your driver enjoys the zippo. merry Christmas to him. yes i emailed back and forth even got a phone call from a woman at this location for her to call me a liar. 10/10 do not recommend UPS
