After hours trying to navigate the absolute trash USPS website and even worse phone system, I took myself to the post office on 32nd Street, and Jennifer helped me solve my issue in less than five minutes. She's a rockstar, and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Thanks, all, I appreciate you!

there automated system is garbage ! this place gets raises all time but my mail keeps getting lost in transit ! and the automated service won't allow u to talk to customer service!

I hate to say but this is getting ridiculous!!! I’ve put the same letter in my mailbox 2 days in a row and it still hasn’t been picked up. I know the mail person was on my porch because they delivered to the condo attached but didn’t take my mail. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time it’s happened a few times recently. It’s not because they can’t get to the box. There is no reason for this to keep happening. Obviously someone not doing their job!!!! They have also been delivering mail to the wrong address. Do your job or find another!!

This is the second package I have received that has been ripped open before even getting it out of the mailbox and this time our carrier shoved it so hard into the mailbox that they bent the metal frame of a license plate holder that was a gift for Christmas. Like seriously? Do you know how hard you have to shove metal into a mailbox to make it bend pretty much in half? Absolutely ridiculous, and trying to call the office is of no help because it's automated and you can't speak to anyone. Do better!

I only have a complaint about their automated phone service that needs improvement to be able to speak to someone quicker instead of reciting everything else despite the person asking to speak to someone. There are plenty of other businesses using automated phone services more efficiently than this one.

The folks here were extremely kind and helpful while we dealt with a frustrating logistical situation. I’m especially grateful for Jen, who was friendly and patient and helped me resolve issues with international money transfers. I would recommend this to anyone, especially Canadians passing through.
