They have a new pharmacist that is so rude. He treated me terrible. I made a formal complaint and it seems they did nothing. Won't use them again

I couldn't and wouldn't dare give this place a single star, but sadly I have to. The staff in the pharmacy are completely incompetent, they refuse to fill medication that I need. The "Pharmacist" thinks he knows better then what a doctor says. And not to mention they keep "losing" my insurance information so they don't have to fill my medications. Now Im being forced to go memorial day weekend without the medication I need, that is vital to my recovery all because they are lazy and incompetent, refusing to bill my insurance like they should have the day it was sent in. Also everytime I call they pick up the phone and put me back on hold without saying anything before doing so, but when I call from a different phone they pick right up. Hmmm funny how that happens. I will be calling corporate and making a formal complaint, And hopefully they will be launching a deep investigation on the handling of people's medications and teaching them how to do the job correctly.

Pharmacist on staff is very rude. Not willing to listen, talks over you, and does not attempt to understand. I will never use this pharmacy.

Worst customer service I have ever received. The older lady had a tone the entire time and tried to act more important than the customer.

I wouldn’t go here unless you have the wherewithal to call constantly, fight for your refills to be refilled on time, call to make sure they have the medication, they do not communicate with doctors offices, they will leave you in limbo for a week at a time. I made a complaint about an unprofessional interaction and the person who called me to resolve it was the one I complained about. Don’t trust the amount of pills they put in your bottle, count them every time you pick them up. I have had 2 prescriptions DOUBLED because of their faulty medication dispensing. If they doubled mine, they shorted someone else. My biggest issue is they lie to patients and doctors about not being able to fill things that other pharmacies can- so you SUFFER because it’s inconvenient for them to do their job. Zero stars for the pharmacist behind the techs. She is a nightmare.

Excellent staff. I booked an appointment online and had my covid and flu shots within two hours. Very friendly and professional.

I love this store. It's so clean and also completely organized. Easy to locate products, nice, friendly helpful employees. Great selection of products.

You know what? They do a really good job here. They have a solid selection of drugstore items from soft drinks to makeup to toys. They also have a photo development area that's slightly bigger than other places in town Been coming here for years to use the pharmacy. Have had some problems with the speaker system in the drive through. That might explain the subtracted star But otherwise a clean and highly usable place

My 14 year old dog is diabetic, his insulin was getting bad and needed to be replaced. It's 100% legal to buy insulin without a script in Michigan. The idiot who was working in the Pharmacy tonight (March 16th 2023) was rude to my wife and lied to her and said he wouldn't sell her insulin without a script. He wouldn't sell it to her for my senior dog. Think about that for a minute. He could have helped my old boy out but decided a power trip was the best approach to customer service tonight. Stay away from here if you actually need help.

Came from urgent care for prescriptions. Tech did not want to look up insurance and did not offer patient counseling with a pharmacist. Negligence and laziness. You are giving people medicine they are putting in their body and not offering patient education on new prescriptions.
