I showed up at this Alamo Sunday and picked upMy car and as soon as I got to the service desk Var greeted me. He was professional, courteous efficient and fast. He was friendly and respectful and understood I wanted to get in and out quickly since I had a small window. He accommodated me with a nice comfortable car that was best for my use. He didn’t try to upsell me in extra services or charges and he made me feel like I knew Him.I rent cars weekly around the nation as I travel and I came to this site because my brother uses them Often and was very pleased with their selection and services.Additionally I was out and called before my scheduled pick up to move my time by 2 hours amd they answered at this station, no other car rental cO ever answers at the airport sites. Applaud to this Alamo owner/manager for your facility and team.

Good experience twice over renting from this facility over the past couple of months. I left my cell phone on the center stand of the Audi SUV rented on 18 June 2022. Did not realized I left my phone until we were at the gate, thank God, had an hour to spare. Left the gate went back out to the car (the best little/small airport in the world) and literally looked into the Audi and saw my phone sitting there in the center stand. Keys had already been deposited into the drop box, 6 am, no one available at the counter on Saturday until 9 am; I fly in now less than an hour. I grabbed a couple of cards on the counter, one was Jason Cory, and sent an email, called, left VM, etc. We flew out and around 9 am called the counter and Jason answered. He was kind enough to go out and grab my phone and subsequently with approval from his manager, drive to FedEx and ship my phone (my expense) to me here in Virginia. I sincerely appreciate Jason and the entire staff at Alamo for helping me with my self-created problem. Just wanted to give this office some positive recognition and say Thank You!!!

Katie was super helpful. She answered our questions and even helped us put the seats down in the van we rented. The car ran very well and was comfortable. Very cheerful employee. Great job Katie!

Most would agree that renting a car is not always the easiest process, but the friendly effective customer service provided by Kasey at Alamo Rent A Car made acquiring and extending the lenght of my rental painless. I will continue to use this location because of her dedication and commitment to the customer.

Husband and I had the worst experience in our life at Alamo car rental on 3/2/2020. We had to travel to Texas from Michigan for a very unexpected funeral. We were traveling with our two young boys.(2 and 8 months). We prepaid for the reservation online with our debit card. Called the Austin Texas Alamo to just make sure everything was set. Got told there was no deposit, and we were all set. After a hectic travel we got to the airport around 1 am to get our car. We go to Alamo and they tell us we have a deposit,yet refused our debit card. The same card we already paid for it with. Speaking to the manager, she gets very nasty and tells us the debit card is a prepaid card and she's not taking it. This is my husband debit card. She completely refused to let us finishing paying for our car. Knowing we were from out of town. Traveling with two small children.told us it was not her problem that we didn't have a car. Would not take a card over the phone. I step away from the counter to make a phone call, and the employees clock out and just leave. While my husband, children,and I were standing in the lobby By this time we were literally the only people I. The airport besides workers. Had to wait for our parents drive an hour to come get us. T(they also missed they flight going home because they had to go to a different airport. ). Called corporate and still have not heard anything. It was absolutely the worst experience in traveling we have ever had.l

The person who picked us up lied about what time he would arrive after my appointment. We ended up waiting almost an hour which ended up making ny significant other late for work.

Not a very large station here for National at AZO. Arriving on a Sunday evening, there was a 10 minute wait because only one person was behind the counter at the time. Just at the time it was my turn, two other helpers arrived. Ugh. (My flight was on time. Don't they know when the planes are arriving?) I am an Emerald Executive Elite with National, so they offered me my choice of vehicles. I'd reserved a midsize and I drove a new-ish Ford Edge all week. Returning was easy. Pick any empty space in the National area, park, record the mileage, drop off the keys, and head to the airline check-in counter. Other than the wait to get the car, this was a very pleasant experience and I'll continue to rent from National. [Review 11071 overall, 844 of 2019.]

Kind, caring people that take the time to make sure all questions are answered and they partner with my employer for great discounts. The car was clean and roomy and got great gas mileage.
