This location is STEALING online orders that have not been picked up. They are having someone they know come pick up the orders up that have not been picked up when they're supposed to put the groceries back and give a refund. I was out of town when my mother order groceries and was unable to pick them up that same day. I went the next day to figure out what happened with my groceries due to them saying it was picked up when it wasn't. They gave me the run around so bad saying instacart is what I have to contact to figure out what happened when I never used instacart. My mom used the aldi app. So she calls today and they don't know what's happened. Managers have to be contacted. Cameras have to be looked at and if this doesn't get solved the POLICE will be contacted due to theft from this stores employees.

This Aldi doesn’t quite as large of a selection as other stores, but it’s tidy and organized. Checkout is fast, the staff is friendly, and the quality of their product is great. Only thing I don’t like from Aldi is their canned green beans.

Rude brat on the register decided he needed to snatch a cart from me when he decided to pitch my groceries into the cart instead of putting them in the box I had with me.

Employees are busy stocking shelves during business hours which makes it extremely difficult to shop. Also so many products are continuously not available, it forces you to shop at different stores to fulfill your needs.

There is a cashier at this location (working 6/12/2024 at 5:45 pm) who is impolite in the way that she speaks to customers. She used a tone with myself and another customer that was inappropriate when trying to navigate her lane versus the self checkout lane. I would recommend addressing this as it appears that other reviewers have had similar experiences.

They were out of stock of their new store brand of the Merlot wine I was interested in trying. Will try to pick some up the next time I am at Aldi's.

I miss the bare bones and super cheap Aldi. Yeah, it's still cheaper than other grocery stores, but the changes over the last few years haven't all been for the best. Employees replaced with self check but those savings were not even passed along to the consumer.
