One of the employees treated me very badly and I waited more than an hour for him to talk to me, knowing that he was receiving people who entered the store after me, so this person treated me very badly and did not offer me help.

Kevin was super helpful and patient! We had a lot to get done and he helped solve all of our problems quickly and effectively. Would absolutely recommend shopping at this store- the staff was all very friendly and accommodating!

Above excellent customer service by Sean. He fixed an issue that actually was another carrier’s responsibility in switching over; however, Sean was determined to fix the problem and did so. He was personable, knowledgeable, patient and set on helping us. With his low pressure sales suggestion, I plan to sign on to ATT internet for less money with another carrier. Thanks to Sean we had a great experience at this store.

We walked in just about 30 minutes to close and a rep was available to assist. We walked out with a new phone order because what we picked needed to be ordered and we had it 4 days letter. Everyone was really helpful.

I was very disappointed in my recent visit. We we not even acknowledged when we entered. Once we finally were we still had a 15 minute wait to get help. When we eventually got a rep he was distracted and walked away part way through. We didn’t get a charger with the new phone .
