“I have to say I had the most amazing experience here. After being crashed into at a red light I needed to take my vehicle to Body shop. This location came highly recommended and now I know why. From the moment my claim was sent over to when I walked through the doors I was welcomed and reassured all was going to be ok. They got us in that day (late on Friday) and we got our estimate and insurance approved the next day. I have Triple A, so we had the car towed there to be extra cautious and the tow truck driver asked why I was having the car towed to a tire shop when the engine was overheating. Kzoo Tire does so much more than tires!!

Ray was an angel (and I tried to offer him some cash because I was so grateful and he declined -- he's one of the nicest strangers I've ever met) -- and I couldn't believe that they fit us in the same day. It ended up only being a fuse (easy fix), but the kindness and support was extraordinary.

“I just installed the JCR Off-road short roof rack on my 2024 Bronco Heritage and could not be happier with the end result. Because the Heritage hardtop is white, I decided to paint part of the outer brackets white to blend in. After partially assembling the rack off the vehicle per instructions and video, I found that the outer brackets were not sitting as close to the hardtop surface as I would have liked and realized that the cross bars and fairings pulled the side rails in to create tension and add strength and rigidity. So I disassembled the rack and rebuilt it on the hardtop with just the side rails, inner and outer brackets at first. This helped get the outer brackets close to the hardtop but caused the inner brackets to lift a little due to the pressure from the outer brackets, and the rails also slanted out slightly. But I was not concerned because as I added the cross bars and tightened them up, the rails pulled in and the inner brackets settled down nicely. All in all, a very strong and stable rack that looks great and with zero wind noise. Next step will be to add removable hardware for a hi-lift jack and traction boards as part of compliance with local off-road permitting. Finally, one of the other reasons for buying this excellent rack is that eventually, I will add to it to convert it to a full length rack for a roof top tent. Can’t wait!”

“An absolute perfect transaction from first call to the forth call all the way to the pick up. Outstanding Job Jordan and Jayden. Called for a couple of parts for a friend’s Chevy Tahoe, I called autozone first I must admit. They didn’t have both parts in stock. Called my local O’reilly’s which is literally right next door to the autozone. A young man answered I gave him the info he checked, verified he had them both in stock. I said I’ll be right down. Well as life has it I couldn’t make it “right down”.
So I called the store and let Jordan know I would try to be down as soon as I can. I didn’t want them to think I wasn’t coming. He let me know that he has them in stock still but didn’t pull the items due to things like this arising. Relief I don’t like making extra work for people. So I left him with I will be down sometime. Then my friend called and said she will just pick them up on the way to my house around 2:30 and 3:00.
So another call to the store. This time Jayden answered. I told him I was working with Jordan , who was busy at the moment. So I mentioned to Jayden that my friend she would stop by on the way thru. And if they could pull the parts and have them ready for her to just pay and pick up. She drives the truck, but ask her what a throttle body does and it’s all over. So she arrived at my place with the correct parts to the car, and mentioned that she was able to just walk in say I have a pick up play for it on grab it and go. And then one of the staff noticed she had a baby with her and offered to carry the items out to her truck. Kudos Guys at my local O’Reilly’s. I will no longer be calling Autozone first. It will be O’Rielly’s. Such great customer service. Impressive, most impressive.”

I called before I came in and they confidently encouraged me to bring my vehicle in as they would help me figure out what I needed. When I arrived, a manager named Mason kindly and confidently guided me through figuring out my issue and then he showed me how to properly install the right replacement bulbs to get my daughter and me back on the road safely.
