“I was in a fender bender back at the beginning of July. The car was drivable which I was glad about because D&A couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks and I had no issues with waiting. I have been dealing with this fine establishment for a few years now whether it was my car or my ex wife’s car they always do amazing work. They are worth waiting for if you can wait for them do it you won’t be disappointed. My car looks brand new was never a doubt in my mind they wouldn’t do an amazing job. They take pride in the job they do and want people to be happy with their work. Accidents can be stressful, but they take the repair work out of your head because they do such a good job.”

“Five stars, hell TEN STARS. Dropping off stuff at WMU and the car dies. This is on a Friday, we get it to the shop and wait. Monday comes, they call. The price is reasonable. I explain I’m from out of state and can’t get the car until Wednesday, no problem they say.

“I had a flat, i changed it on the side of the road. I took rhe tire to Kzoo tire. As rolling the tire up to the building a worker came out took the tire and started working on it before i was inside. 20 minutes later and 20 dollars the tire was repaired they put the tire on my truck, put the spare back under the bed and set the tire sensor

I was searching for a specific part for my Jaguar, only to discover it had been discontinued. Despite this, Diana went above and beyond to help me find the correct part number—something two Jaguar dealerships in my area had been unable to do. She thoroughly researched the part, and although it was discontinued, she followed up with a call to inform me. Not only did she update me, but she also provided helpful information and suggestions for sourcing a used part.

“Terry in the machine shop is really nice, cares, listens to you and does what is necessary to fix your issues and get you back on the road. Extremely fast turnaround time on a set of cylinder heads. I couldn't be happier with how I was treated here. Very good place to do business with. “Today it was absolutely pouring rain, my car had just broken down, and when I walked into AutoZone, I was frustrated as hell. 😅 My mood was definitely not level, and I’ll fully admit I came in a little rude and overly frustrated which was poor on my end.
A gentleman named Kyle offered to help me as soon as the rain settled down. He was incredibly informative, kind, professional, and honestly helped completely turn around the mood I walked in with. He gave me helpful tips, answered my questions, made me laugh, and treated me like a human instead of just another frustrated customer.
I don’t leave reviews often, and when I do, they’re usually either really good or really bad—so here I am leaving a GOOD one. I genuinely hope Kyle doesn’t go unnoticed for the effort he puts into helping customers.
