I also asked if they would inspect a vehicle I was considering buying. They took it that same morning and went over everything that could be wrong. The owner even invited me into the shop and explained everything he was writing up in his report. We will be back for all our auto needs!”

I purchased a used vehicle from them -- unfortunately there was an underlying electrical issue that was not found in either of the inspections done on it (one from the dealer, one from a third party). Dan and his team were willing to help cover cost of repair that they by no means were required to do due to warranty options I had selected. Very thankful to the team for being willing to help out, would recommend!”
“I was in a fender bender back at the beginning of July. The car was drivable which I was glad about because D&A couldn’t get me in for 2 weeks and I had no issues with waiting. I have been dealing with this fine establishment for a few years now whether it was my car or my ex wife’s car they always do amazing work. They are worth waiting for if you can wait for them do it you won’t be disappointed. My car looks brand new was never a doubt in my mind they wouldn’t do an amazing job. They take pride in the job they do and want people to be happy with their work. Accidents can be stressful, but they take the repair work out of your head because they do such a good job.”

“Five stars, hell TEN STARS. Dropping off stuff at WMU and the car dies. This is on a Friday, we get it to the shop and wait. Monday comes, they call. The price is reasonable. I explain I’m from out of state and can’t get the car until Wednesday, no problem they say.

“I had a flat, i changed it on the side of the road. I took rhe tire to Kzoo tire. As rolling the tire up to the building a worker came out took the tire and started working on it before i was inside. 20 minutes later and 20 dollars the tire was repaired they put the tire on my truck, put the spare back under the bed and set the tire sensor
They had my business before and dam sure have it now. Dave you run a great business.”

Once again took good care of me and fixed it up right.definitely an old school mechanic with honesty. What others wanted to charge me $1,000 he only charged half the cost. “Not intending to buy a car, but realizing our present car was at the end of life and had nickle and dimed us and caused a great deal of frustration, it was time to look to see where we were at. We picked a car off the used lot to find out if we were at an approval point for loan to buy.Joe B, the salesman, was polite, patient, and helpful with all our concerns. He took us through several scenarios to get us to an affordable number and credit plan. Honestly, we didnt think it possible. Once we made the decision to buy the car we spotted on the lot at the right price and credit plan all else went super smooth.Joe then took us to Jacob for signing the paperwork. He got our credit score check, called several institutions to find the lowest interest rate, took care of how we chose to make the down-payment, called our auto insurance agent to transfer insurance to the new car, and got all the paperwork lined up ready for us to sign.We left our old car there and drove our new one home.We felt the whole company's personnel were friendly and helpful above and beyond our expectations. “The manager skylar was great at his job explained everything thoroughly topped off my power steering and break fluid as I was a little low he had me in and out in 7 minutes just about the fastest high quality oil change I’ve gotten I ran with there house full synthetic 79.99 for the first 5 qts I only needed 5 so with tax it came out to about $86 will definitely be coming back”
