I went to Auto Zone for the first time after realizing my headlights were both out. I cannot say enough about the exceptional service I received! I called before I came in and they confidently encouraged me to bring my vehicle in as they would help me figure out what I needed. When I arrived, a manager named Mason kindly and confidently guided me through figuring out my issue and then he showed me how to properly install the right replacement bulbs to get my daughter and me back on the road safely. He also recommended a better brighter bulb for driving at night. He stood outside in the cold parking lot with me to show me how to do it myself next time. I am a loyal fan and will recommend Auto Zone to anyone. Thank you Auto Zone and Mason for taking the time to go above and beyond to help me resolve my issue.

Always friendly, knowledgeable service people. Usually have whatever u may need in stock. If they don't have something they'll get it from another store.

Well staffed with friendly people. I was in and out in a few minutes.
They even replaced my remote battery for me. Now the remote start works perfectly.
