Started off bad, made an appointment to get phone fixed ( you know just in case they are busy that day). Well that means nothing to them. 330pm appointment and they are “too busy” to fulfill that and asked if I want to come back at 630… no. Make a new one for a week later. Go in and the manager had canceled my appointment (no real reason given) but luckily they weren’t busy. Then i wait 2 hrs and they couldn’t fix my phone because the screws were stripped… (well this phone has never been worked on and has lived it life in a case.) guessing the tech stripped them trying to take them out and just gave up.

My iphone was brought in and the screen was replaced. The phone started having discoloration so I brought my phone in again. They continued to tell me there was nothing they could do and then proceeded to hand my phone back with a messed up camera. The camera is so messed up you can barely see yourself with it. They told me “it’s not under warranty” so there is nothing they can do about my now broken camera (that was not broken an hour before I dropped it off) other than paying over $70 to get it replaced. I have already paid over $200 dollars to replace the screen and now I have to pay another $70 for a mistake that they made? That is crazy.

Brought in my iphone with a perfectly fine camera and left with it being very blurry. When I brought up this situation to them they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Also when replacing a phone screen they did not do a good job. There are spots left on my phone screen and they also said there was nothing they can do about it. Highly do not recommend.

I went into the battery plus store this morning to buy a battery for my Fishing graph because the online purchasing wasn’t working so they had the battery that I wanted from looking online. It said they did. It just wouldn’t let me purchase it online anyways get to the store noticed there’s a special top-secret code on the battery to tell you what date that it’s made when I asked them when the battery I was purchasing was made, after about 15 minutes worth of looking around through papers that were outdated and pamphlets someone got the computer to work enough to know the code date was from 2022 in July so in essence the battery was already 18 months old they said that was common I’d really didn’t want to purchase a battery that was 18 months old known they’ve only got so many years of use anyway wasn’t that expensive needed it bad so purchased it but just wanted everyone to know

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, I have consistently bought great batteries.The Batteries Plus website loves to second guess me, don't allow them to know your location and don't be discouraged.

I highly recommend "Batteries+Bulbs" when it comes to phone repairs. I went in to see if they would be able to fix my shattered phone screen at a reasonable cost - thankfully, they were able to completely repair my phone screen at a low cost of only $130 (comparable to other businesses I checked out in the Kalamazoo/Portage area, theirs is the lowest). I even received a $10 coupon for my phone repair. In addition, one of the associates told me that if they can't fix my phone, there won't any charge to me whatsoever. This staff is amazingly courteous, patient, and took a great deal of burden off of my shoulders. I'm definitely going to return in the future should I have any other issues with my phone. Thanks again, "Bulbs+Batteries!" Your hard work and kindness doesn't go unnoticed.

I wish I had gotten the employees names, but they were 2 very helpful guys. They helped me clean out my charging port and got it all fixed. I'll definitely be back next time I need help with something

Joseph is the MAN! My wife came in with a phone in bad shape. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and ordered the parts asap! He knows a lot about the technical aspect of phones and was 100000 percent more helpful at our cell phone carrier store that we have been with for 10 plus years. Thank you Joseph!!!!!

We brought my daughters iPhone 11 in for a battery replacement. After the job was finished, my wife picked up the phone, dropped it in her purse and headed home without inspecting the phone. When she got home, she took out the phone and went over it. First thing we noticed was the camera was taking blurry photos. Shortly after that we noticed the screen was discolored at the bottom. The next day I took the phone back to the store. Somehow, the camera was working again, but the screen was worse. I thought they had separated the digitizer from the glass but the was told it looked like water damage. I told them they needed to replace the screen since whatever happened to it was their fault. They kept the phone and had a tech take a look at it. He stated there was water damage and there was nothing they could do about it. He stated it wasn't their fault. My wife showed him the TIME STAMPED blurry photos, which was likely caused from water damage, from 20 minutes after she picked up the phone. He claimed that they are not allowed to have water or drinks in the repair area so it couldn't have been their fault. Well, it wasn't ours! The phone was transported in my wife's purse, and there are no liquids in there (I even checked just to be sure)! Batteries Plus would not concede that they damaged the phone. They would not replace the screen. We paid for a battery replacement and they got water in the phone, ruined the screen, and washed their hands of responsibility.Total lack of integrity.To anyone thinking of using them for an iPhone battery replacement, don't. Send it in to Apple or go to an Apple store. It's worth the extra effort so your phone isn't ruined.

Took my daughter's phone in to get the screen and battery replaced. The staff was very polite and helpful. Worked with us to get the best deal we could get. They even replaced her broken speaker for free!
