They post price menu then charge you more said new menu's had not come in. Charged us 10 dollars more than what the menu said.

Honestly the worst service ever. We waited almost an hour for our food, and then our loaded fries were just laying in the back getting cold and we had to tell them that we would just take them to go. Every single employee was messing around and acting like they weren’t at work. Definitely will not be eating here again. Very disappointed.

My Order wasn’t correct but thought I would still give it a try. The bread is soggy the turkey had a smell to it. There wasn’t much meat on it. Very over priced for the quality of the food. Save your money get subway. This isn’t a grinder it’s more like soggy sub.

This place does not care about their customers. They have good pizza but the service always stinks. Don't expect to be greeted when you come in. Although the staff & kitchen is visible, they go out of their way to not make eye contact. They seem annoyed to even see people coming in. This evening I waited 30 minutes for the pizza and spent another 30 in line to pick it up. And guess what? They said their order system never uploaded my order & couldnt find my order to give me a refund. I had proof on my phone but the manager said I would have to wait until it came through their system-the system that lost the order. That's it. No pizza. No apology and a waste of an hour waiting. After that waste of time, leaving with no pizza or refund, needing to make alternate arrangements, I called back later to speak to a manager. He was just as rude and asked "what part of them not getting the order didnt I understand..."I may not understand how an establishment that loses orders & mistreats customers is still in business but I definitely understand that I do not have to ever give them another one of my hard earned dollars ever again. All this to say that I could overlook their antiquated ordering system if they seemed apologetic or had good customer service. In this day & age where restaurants are struggling to stay afloat, I refuse to continue spending money at a place that does not value their customers. The pizza just isnt good enough to justify such a poor experience.

Good, mist times but the Pizza has become inedible. Horribly spicy and badly over cooked. Grinders are usually good except when they get busy, then they are skimpy

Saw the young lady digging at her head with a glove on, then she took that gloved hand and stuck it in the french fries that she was putting into smaller bags. I thought grinders were suppose to be toasted or grilled. Mine was just plain bread, not baked. Menu said sandwich had bacon. I found 3 small pieces of bacon on my half. He found 1 large piece and a small piece. I added more meat when I got home because I didn't want to just eat bread with a smitten of meat. I will stick with Jersey Mike's for subs and Mancino's for grinders. Plus seeing that it is inside a grocery store, give the person their receipt so they can go finish up their shopping while you are making the grinder. Have only been to one other Bellacino's and it was delicious. This one was very disappointing.

Like just about every restaurant, Bellacino’s is no exception to customer service that took a nosedive when the coronavirus caused a lot of restaurants switched over to carryout and delivery only. A small order of two sandwiches Which was supposed to take 20 minutes took 45 minutes, then the drink tasted like it was three days old. Called probably a fourth time to inform them the drink was bad and he said oh I’ll fix it we got fresh Diet Coke. Five minutes later comes back out with a drink they tastes the exact same. For people that should be happy to be working there’s a lot of people that couldn’t care less about the quality of their service or food or drink and it sure shows with these employees. I will not be going back.

I seriously have never had a better sandwich in my life. I’ve never had something bad from this restaurant. Honestly, I eat here way too much because it’s just that good. The price is amazing too.

Placed our order , as we received it . We had an entree that was missing so we called at 9:30 when trinity & jasmine told me that they were closed because they had everything closed down already . I then asked for the corporate phone number and they refused to give it to me . Instead of letting me know that they were out of an item , which they weren't they just didn't want to cook it , they charged me for it and pretty much told me since they didn't have a manager on duty they weren't going to do anything about it. I would never recommend this food chain no anybody. Extremely poor guest service , poor attitudes.
