Many thanks over the years! The knowledgeable and professional staff makes shopping at Best Buy a breeze. There's been a few been a few times I was unsure of what I needed, and the staff was able to look up the correct device information to get exactly what I needed the first time!

I had a nice visit. The line was short and my pick up order was seemless. My only complaint (and it is so miniscule) was that I actually needed someone for once and I couldn't find a person, ha! Usually they are all over and very friendly. I ended up answering my own question anyway, so I would have wasted their time with my lack of knowledge.

This 5 star review is specifically for Tom in appliances and Doug the store manager. When we had our new washer and dryer delivered, the men that came were terrible. When I went in I had no intention of ever shopping at Best Buy again. They both handled the situation perfectly. I hope they value the both of them as much as I do.

2 things I wish best location would work on. 1) acknowledging customers appointments. I had an appt and arrived about 20mins early and the greeter notified them that I had arrived and I was ready in case they were able to see me earlier. Three other customers who didn’t have an appointment were seen and taken care of. 2) a little more effort when they receive a customers electronic device. I took my laptop to get a diagnostic and repair and after I handed my 2015 MacBook Pro no more then 5 minutes the employee comes out and says: “we are unable to fix it and the tech said it was unrepairable because it’s vintage.” I could only imagine that they charge $149.99 for diagnostic/repair and only takes less than 5mins to diagnose. I’m sure not every tech is like this but it just takes 1 to make everyone else look bad.

Picked up my laptop. I have total tech which is a godsend. They fixed all my issues in a day and half. Also helped me with phone as i could not find something on my new phone.
