Bob’s furniture was my second option yesterday because I wanted to make an informed decision. The store was very clean. My guest specialist Erin L was amazing! She showed me alternative options from what I initially thought I wanted. She made sure the colors and availability & delivery could happen within my time frame. She made suggestions on set up and protection plans that worked for our family. This is the third set of furniture I have purchased from Bob’s. A loving room for myself, my mother and now my father. The financing was great & with payments starting 30 days after delivery, I’ve had no problems paying the items off early. Thank you Bob’s and Erin L. For a great holiday surprise for my family with very little stress of shopping!

Bought a recliner chair from Bob's the sales person was persistent with trying to get me to buy the goof proof warranty saying that he had purchased it and his son's did something to his chair and it broke and his whole chair was replaced I haven't had this chair two years yet ith frame is broke, it doesn't recline I have to use Bungie cords to keep it together and I have sent in two different claims and both have been denied don't purchase this insurance you will just be wasting your money because it doesn't cover anything

Marie was the sales associate who went above and beyond to make the easiest furniture purchase. I told her exactly what I wanted and she directed me to three different sets. She was knowledgeable on the product and helped me find exactly what I wanted.

I was trying to leave a review on the website but oddly enough the page won't load. Early October 2023 we made an in store purchase of a love seat and sofa. Originally, during the talk of the sale we were told it would take 9 days for delivery... at that point, we were sold and looked forward to having our furniture before Thanksgiving dinner for the whole family. At this point, salesman Joe, grabbed his manager to finalize the sale. During the finalization and signing the electronic documents we were told 7-8 weeks. That shocked us, we repeated what was originally stated, we were reassured it would be before thanksgiving. Fast forward 6 weeks. We finally get a text telling us half of our purchase was ready for delivery. We were confused and went directly back into the store for clarification. We then spoke to the same sales agent that double checked the inventory and told us both pieces will be delivered once we scheduled and confirmed it. He gave us his personal phone number, told us to call him if there were any issues with our delivery. We scheduled the delivery and again, only the sofa was available and would be delivered. We called Joe's personal phone #, he answered, we explained the situation of still only getting one of the pieces after he confirmed inventory showed in stock. Joe stated he'd look into it and call us back. Joe never called back. The sofa was delivered before thanksgiving but I have to say, the quality of the couch is awful. There's a gap between the arm and the back of the sofa on the right side. I wouldn't have questioned it if both sides were the same, they're not. Yes, we called this out to the delivery drivers after they put it together. They also took pictures. Nothing ever happened regarding that. Here we are, well into December and still no sign of our loveseat in stock or any plan for delivery. Between the lack of customer service or the ability to directly contact anyone, poor quality of furniture, the run around we consistently receive and lack of a full delivery... we do not recommend Bobs discount furniture. Honestly, we are currently working on canceling the order for the love seat. We are simply over it. Ps, this is the Portage, Mi location

Keyma was knowledgeable, helpful, and very nice! She greeted us when we walked in, let us know where everything was, then left us alone to browse the store. She answered all of our questions, and made the sale smooth and easy. Highly recommend! The free ice cream and candy cafe is a real plus when shopping with the kids too! Great incentive to make sure they behave! :)

We were so appreciative to get Keyma to help us with our purchases. It was very obvious that she had been doing sales for a long time, because of the knowledge she shown. She was a great people person with her personality and we did not feel pressured at all. Thank you for employing someone of her caliber. We wouldn’t hesitate to shop with her again or to recommend her to family and friends. A very nice experience!

Keyma our sales associate was very knowledgeable and quite helpful in our furniture shopping safari. She gave us the layout of the store. She explained how the placard system presented options available and let us browse without any pressure. She was very attentive without being pushy. Top notch.

Purchased the new Bolt sectional recliner on 9/2/2023. Buying process was great Jordan and Bryan were helpful.The delivery was terrible, I paid for the white glove treatment and got nothing of the sort. The delivery driver was throwing the boxes on my porch after unloading from the truck. The driver was so worried about us giving him 10 stars on his review, he was stepping on the packing material and it adhered to my hard wood floor causing damage. The driver was in such a hurry he did not connect the arm rest that was supposed to charge our devices. When we contacted customer service they scheduled a technician for two weeks later and then sent some parts to see if they would work. The technician arrived and did his best to figure out the problem but was only able to order a new section. After the technician left the parts arrived via Fed Ex and after some figuring out I was able to power the arm rest so we can charge our devices.Now two weeks in and the right side arm rest the usb-c port is not working and the right side is leans back when sitting in it.I am still waiting hear back regarding the damage to my floors and a refund for the so called white glove delivery.I would not recommend anyone pay for the extra delivery fee, put it together yourself.......Stay away from the new Bolt they have not gotten the bugs worked out yet.

Marie was wonderful! I went in looking for blue furniture. There was one set I liked but my husband didn't. I told Marie we would have to pass. A few weeks later a new blue couch arrived, she remembered me and what we were looking for. She texted me pictures of the new couch. We just purchased it tonight! She was thoughtful and didn't forget about us even though we didn't purchase the first set. Very nice!

Employees are very nice. Not pushy just helpful. Large variety of Dining tables and chairs sets. Prices are affordable.

So my saleswoman was super friendly and also made my experience just all around great! The guy she had shadowing her actually suggested the couch I ended up getting; then when it was delivered the guys who delivered it were so sweet and Very speedy putting it together, they made sure everything worked and looked good before they left. Honestly I just had a great experience with the whole thing and I highly suggest them. Erin was my salesperson and she also sat with my little one while I did paperwork. They worked to get something I could afford and seat the amount of people I wanted to seat.

Went into Bob's Discount Furniture for the 1st time and Marie was able to answer all of my questions and give me all I was looking for to go back and discuss with my other half. We went back the next weekend and purchased a new recliner set with a chaise lounge and reclining chair. We can't wait to receive delivery in less than 1 week and on a Saturday! We definitely look forward to doing business with Marie & Bob's in the future.

I recently purchased a sofa at the Portage, MI location and had an excellent experience. Marty was my salesman and was helpful and friendly. I appreciated that he gave me “space” to look around. I dreaded the delivery process somewhat because of the delays and poor communication that often happens (not with Bobs but in general) but it was outstanding. Really liked the online tracking feature and the two men who delivered the sofa - Yamiele and Ian - were AWESOME. Professional, friendly and respectful of my home. Great job. Great experience. Thank you!

We have purchased all pieces of furniture in our kitchen, living room, and master bedroom from Bobs! We were helped all steps of the way with Marie just a text away and going above and beyond just becoming our friend and loving our space right along with us! We stopped in today to meet her in person and the experience was even more amazing in real life and not just over a phone! She helped us pick out 3 new pieces just today that we didn’t know we needed but fell in love with! AND they had a little cafe with coffee and ice cream (bonus)- The Goof Proof is vital with 4 kids and the White Glove Deliveries are something you should NOT skip on! No trails left behind after delivery. And if you aren’t completely satisfied you are free to refuse and get another shipment- but out of all our pieces we’ve only had to refuse our table! We can’t wait for our next pieces to arrive and to continue working with Bobs and Marie!! Such a genuine and loving woman who LOVES to make our home our very own. She gets just as excited as we do when we see our new piece in our space!
