Build-A-Bear Workshop is a place to create your own unique plush toy by adding outfits, sounds, scents, and a custom voice message. You can record a voice for an extra special touch. It is very clean with lots of animals to stuff for any occasion, and you can add a heartbeat, clothes, and more. Each creation comes with a birth certificate. The store is great for celebrating a birthday or hosting a PAWsome party, which includes a customized furry friend and a Special Heart ceremony. While pricing can be a bit much, the service is kind and welcoming with good vibes. Staff is friendly, and the store has fun online exclusive stuff. It is a definitely a fun time for a first time making a bear.

Went in with my two kids aged almost 4 and almost 2, and had not planned on buying anything. My younger one was having a hard time (it was close to lunch time) and the employees were very kind to him and my family. I didn’t have a chance to notice names unfortunately, but I very much appreciate their niceness.

Very clean, lots of animals to stuff for any occasion. You can add a voice over to a special grandchild a heartbeat clothes etc. Comes with a birth certificate. My Grandson was very happy and my wallet wasn't. But he's worth it.
