I finally found a place to take my car that’s close to home that I trust! I’ve only been there for oil changes so far, but when we’ve heard an odd noise they look into it and they let us know when we’re due for other maintenance issues so it’s not spring on us. From the first time I went, I’ve always thought they were honest, fair, and trustworthy. I won’t be going anywhere else.

didnt actually use any of their service but:
I called in with a somewhat complex issue in my car, and without missing a beat the gentlemen recommended to another business that was better equipped to handle that issue; even though Burrur auto could have done the work. if that doesn't speak to the integrity of the business, I am not what does. should I have any vehicle issue in the future I will be calling Burrus first.

Had my first visit after a recommendation from my mother in law. Rod was able to diagnose the issue and sat down with me and went into great detail about when to have the issue fixed, things to look out for, and if I’d ever run into trouble and not have a vehicle to drive. He answered every question without me having to ask. Very friendly and knowledgeable and I look forward to using them with any car troubles that arise.

Awesome shop! I took my 97 Explorer on recommendation from a friend. I had been to multiple highly rated shops chasing a low idle/fuel supply issue for a year and a half. Rod quickly found an extremely clogged fuel filter and that fixed the issue!! He also fixed a rattling heat shield for me, I couldn’t be happier!!

Great customer Service and they care about the people!
I had a screw loose on the drivers side seat and my seat would move when stopping and starting again. So I took my car to Tappers in Paw Paw to see if someone could help me and tighten the screw up under the driver side seat. Tappers wanted $170 to tighten that screw up for me. So I laughed in their face and said no way and walked out. Drove my car to Burrus Auto and they did it for me and didn't charge a dime. It only took him 5 minutes to fix the issue. From now on I be will taking my car to Burrus Auto!
