We were involved in a hit and run. Another vehicle ran and stop sign and caused $8,000+ of damages to our car. State Farm worked with Caliber Collision. They got us in that day (late on Friday) and we got our estimate and insurance approved the next day. They worked as fast/hard as they could having to replace an entire side and much work under the vehicle as well, plus painting. Even with Christmas, they still got it done by their estimated time. They updated us several times during the process. They were excellent and friendly and our car looks and runs great.

Staff was great in customer service area however the delivered end product was lacking. Had fender replaced but hood support parts were not transferred to new fender and thrown away instead. Part of repair was a trim piece but had to purchase entire door handle to acquire it. Remaining parts of handle thrown away instead of giving to me for future.
This system of survey has a flaw as it has time limits. I am now waiting to get my hood support arm reinstalled and don’t know if it will happen. Having to give review before complete transaction has taken place.

Very nice staff. Took my car in after hitting a deer. Body with was good. When I dropped my car off there were no dash board warning lights on. When I picked the car up the check engine light was on and I had a leak in my water pump

I struggle to give this business even one star because of the lack of customer service. I came in to have my car looked at for possibly body work. The receptionist was on the phone, talking at a high volume about personal situations, not business. She never got off the phone, and I stood there until another gentleman from a near by office came out and spoke with me on what I needed. This office he came out of was also full of people that were discussing the tornado that hit the area. So the man that came out was excusinh him and the others for their distracted conversations and rushed to help. We looked at my car, came back inside, the receptionist was still on the phone, but this time she was talking and trying to help a couple who came in after me. This gentleman took my number and said the receptionist would call me back to schedule a time to bring my car in. I never received a call. Its such poor customer service that I'll never be back. My car was repaired by A-1 Auto, highly recommend them!

Caliber on Lovers Lane is the best collision shop around, they do excellent work. Ken is great at keeping you informed of the progress on your vehicle. I wouldn't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family!!

From start to finish Caliber Collision has been amazing top notch service! Staff was extremely helpful & flexible with my busy schedule. Getting into a car accident is devastating, however Caliber made this process easy, smooth and very detailed with progress along the way. I am so happy to have my car back, they even washed and detailed it! I cannot recommend this place enough!! Thanks so much guys!! Appreciate you VERY much!!

Not great.
Not getting into the whole fiasco. I had multiple pieces of trim that weren't reattached on the interior, They did not repair all of the damage that was on the car and the fit on what they did repair is horrific.
Typically, you'd expect to not be able your car had body work done. I can tell I had body work done.
