Coupon situation was a little difficult as I have the Carter’s app but the app didn’t provide a barcode for them to scan. The lady checking us out was very helpful though!

They signs say 50% off but you only receive 40% off and the employees do not adjust the price to reflect their incorrect sale signs. Very misleading.

Plenty of cute things to choose from! The store is separated by gender and they have some clearance in the back. I was able to find lots of things that were on sale!

Very wide selection and the store was clean. Only complaint is the moving room around the racks, some very tight squeezes.

I didn't use the curbside. I like to see everything before I buy it. I luv this store because they always have great deals on their clothes, and with my first granddaughter being born, this is a plus for me. I always bought Carter's close for my daughter when she was little. The quality and prices are really great!

The clothes are cute and the staff nice, but the quality of their boy tshirts is low. The colors faded and the shirt lost its shape after a few washes. I guess you get what you pay for.

I went to the Portage Carter’s store recently on a Tuesday evening around 6pm. I was the only customer in the store. I walked in and didn’t see anyone, employees or customers, but as I went to the back of the store for pajamas I walked right by 2 employees. They were involved in a conversation, neither of them looked at me or acknowledged me. When I was looking at pajamas one of them walked right by me, into the back room, and then back out. Not a smile or hello. I did purchase something because it was 60% off. When ringing it up the employee barely said a word and continued to hang and tag some merchandise. I wanted to tell this to maybe bring awareness that the customer is why you’re there. A hello or a smile is the minimum expectation.

Great sales, and always nice and clean. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend, especially at the end of seasons because the deals are amazing. There is always great stock, and plenty of choices for any occasion.
