Well staffed, with faster service than many other locations. While the restaurant was quite crowded, our wait was only about 10 minutes in total. However, at 1:00 pm on a Sunday, the food looked and tasted like a buffet that had been sitting for hours. The restrooms were really dirty and not stocked.

Have been a QDoba person, thought I'd try Chipotle.The bowl was ok, but the amount was smaller than their competitor. The black beans were dry. They were almost crunchy, in a way.The worst part was the chips. Absolutely, 99% completely stale. TWO chips had crunch, the rest were able to be folded in half and were chewy. "Why didn't you take them back?" I kinda took it to go and wasn't really able to leave work after experiencing the chips.If I can do anything to persuade you to go somewhere else until they get their act together, I encourage you to try somewhere else until they get their chip situation sorted.Edit: I decided I couldn't let it sit. Took the chips/bowl back and explained to the manager they weren't properly done. Apparently there was a new person that started that day and the chips weren't stale, they were all just under cooked. Understandable...and makes me happier they weren't stale, however, I do question them training a new person on chip duty and then not tasting them for QC?I did not ask for a refund because, in my famishment, I ate 90% of what I had until I decided I couldn't do it any longer. If I had eaten less than 50%, perhaps a refund may have been in order, but I did not. I only want them to be aware of the issue and to fix it for their other customers.

Service was not up to the standard that it should be. Asked for a tortilla and didn’t get one, asked for double chicken, got the 3 extra pieces of meat. Overall poor experience as a customer.

Poke style but Mexican food, I ordered rice of two types half and half plus carnitas, guacamole, black beans, lettuce, pico de gallo and sour cream, I think the dish is for 2 people, it is very delicious but a lot of food ?

Food was excellent in both quality and quantity. I took home my leftovers and it was dinner for my husband and lunch for me the next day. Reheated nicely.

After going through the whole order process, was told that they would only accept exact change. The problem is that I only had a $50 bill on me (which is more than enough to cover my one burrito and one drink). The cashier told me that if I didn’t have exact change then I could not place my order and then threw my burrito in the trash while looking me directly in the eye. He knew what he was doing. The lady who took my order lied and said she told me, which is not true. If I would have known it was exact change only, I wouldn’t have gone through with the order. I then called the store, looking to speak with a manager, and they sent me to an outsourced call center instead of connecting me with the manager, or any member of in store staff for that matter. This is ridiculous. If you’re gonna have any restrictions on ordering, it’s best to at least put a freakin sign up. Not that difficult. Jokes on you, though. You didn’t want to accept my legal US tender and now you’ve wasted a burrito, lost a sale, and have to honor the coupon for a free burrito I recieved from the amazing call center representative. Ya dun lost $26 worth of product for denying a $13 sale.

I have been a loyal chipotle customer for 15 plus years and am very disappointed in the customer service. I placed an online order and it took over an hour to finally get to me. Wanted to request a refund but of course you can’t talk to a real person and the online bot would not process a full refund.

Great food, I could eat a burrito from this place everyday (which I have). It's not terribly expensive, but sometimes I wish the burritos were a little bigger. The main issue with this place is the online ordering system/app. It is great, easy to follow, and notifies you when your food is ready. The problem is that every now and then, the site doesn't work or the payment process fails. One time my order went through, but the restaurant was closed. Fortunately, the customer service is awesome and I got 2 free burritos for it. The reason I give it a 4 star for atmosphere is because everybody and their brother likes to be in there at the same time, making it inconvenient for the people doing online pickup.Parking: Parking lot is very close and I've never had trouble finding a spot.

Connor from the Westnedge location was absolutely phenomenal. He gave the best customer service we have ever had. Super friendly, fast, accommodating, and even remembered us from last time. He deserves a promotion! We will be becoming regulars at this location thanks to the outstanding experience every time!

Great food and even better service. The employees there are always so respectful and amazing. The food always taste so fresh and I would recommend this Chipotle to anybody!
