the whole shoe experience is NOT worth it. having to scan a code and wait for someone is insane especially after scanning so many and not realizing which shoe you scanned and they call out the items instead of your name. why put my name if you guys cant call it out? i ordered 3 shoes to try on and only one made it to me. andrea also would not help me at the cash register when i presented a $20 coupon off $100 purchase. after spending $170

Last night I bought a $35 Stanley 30 oz Tumbler cup from the Portage, MI location. While washing it today for the first time, to use it, I noticed a small dent. I went back today to exchange it & was told because I washed it, they would not let me return it. So for $35 they lost a customer

I received a gift card last month and after I got the card I tried using it and they said that the card doesn't exist and I just got another one yesterday and tried to use it and they said that the card doesn't exist. I called customer service and gave them my phone number and they said that my phone number doesn't exist so they asked for my age, city and my drivers license number and information. They totally scamming me and trying to steal my identity. Dick's Sporting Goods is a total scam. I do not recommend Dick's Sporting Goods to buy gear from. I would much rather buy Fishing Gear from Bass Pro Shops or Cabela's.

Now, I like Dicks, but today(12-22-24, at approx 3pm) their floor attendants were acting JUST LIKE THE NAME!! One Asian chick rolled her eyes at my granddaughter, after she apologized for accidentally dropping a Stanley cup. I had to hold my peace and NOT let her steal our Christmas Joy. My daughter then said, when we got in the car that the Cash Assistants were the only ones with a Jolly spirit. Did the Grinch steal THEIR Christmas or something?đ¤

I recently just went here to find a pair of shoes and the staff was to busy talking about their personal business and not asking if I needed help. I then proceeded to ask if a shoe was available and the employee responds "probably" and the other one that was currently helping me scanning it in proceeds to laugh and says what did you say and the employee responds again like "probably". I walked out and decided to not purchase shoes. I could have easily said something very rude but decided to not waste my energy. Train your staff to be better and to have good customer service. They were literally sitting there talking about how your company hires people and forces the new people to take a bunch of shifts right in front of customers. 09/10 and i went to this location around 4:30-5 pm unsure of the name but that this should be known.

Boight Nike knee pads and they wore out after two wears. We bought them ahead of time and now we can't take them back because of the 30-day guarantee. You need to get them off the shelf. We fell for it last year too and bought a pair. We're going to Walmart today. You should always take the Nike knee pads back because they're junk and they cost a fortune.

One of the employees accused me of stealing (when I was trying on shoes) and was talking poorly about me right in front of me. On 8/23/24
There were tons of shoppers and 1-3 workers tops. I was walking in the small section to get a feel for the shoes and when I came back over to my shoes/box, she was talking into her walkie to a co-worker saying âthereâs a pair of dirty shoes left her and the box is empty for a size 10⌠from those people you were talking aboutâ. I told her, I was just walking in the shoes ( and I was within eyesight of my âdirty shoesâ) to try them on and was not far from them. She then turns around and said to me, âwell I wanted to make sure you werenât stealing them.â Iâm sorry, how does anyone try on shoes without taking off their old ones and walking a short distance in them? I was within 5 feet of the box for crying out loud.
Was extremely disappointed in the service and kindness of the workers. Other customers noticed her behavior towards me too and even told me she handled it poorly. Would not recommend.

Wow, I went in there to get some service at the golf counter and I don't know if the kid behind the counter wanted to be there or was just dumb? In his defense the computers were down so he was immobilized. Kids nowadays can't function without some type of electronic device to walk them through it. It's no different than trying to get change from a kid today. Anyway I'm taking my business elsewhere. Golf Services is right down the road so I will spend my money there.

Dropped my golf club off for repair. 4 days later when it was supposed to be fixed it was not. All that was offered was excuses and a very inconvenient refund process. Never using their golf services again.
