What I ordered and what was delievered was not the same thing. Sent an email in from the order support issue, they never responded to it. Glad i paid a bunch of money to have the order screwed up and no customer service.

Ordered one flower bouquet before Valentine’s Day. Initially it was my fault because I accidentally chose to have it delivered the day after. Right in the morning of Valentine’s Day I called and was on hold for 30 minutes and they said they cannot deliver it to the business I wanted because they had already sent them out, even though the business was literally right down the road from them.. Then they lied about getting it delivered at least to my home address 5 minutes away on Valentine’s Day… that did not happen. Had to call today and they still were looking for my “missing order”. So yourself a favor and don’t disappoint yourself here. Customer service skills do not exist here, they just seemed annoyed.

Edible Arrangements in Portage has incredible customer service. Each time I walk through the door, Jacob greets me with a smile. I love to visit the store with my daughter so we can pick something from the case. They usually have dipped fruit, cheesecake, and cupcakes ready to take home! The dipped fruit is our favorite! Thank you Jacob for always being so kind and patient with us as we decide what to purchase from the case!

We had received a basket that had mold in it and Jacob was quick to fix the situation. He was really nice and made sure that we were happy and taken care of.

First of all, Thank you so much Ashley! I am so pleased by the way I was attended the moment I walked in. I was undecided on what to choose for my mom’s birthday but Ashley was super helpful by providing me with sweet ideas and making this gift something I know my mom will LOVE! ☺️ Highly recommend and will most definitely be back!

Ordered an arrangement for my wife's milestone birthday. Product was delivered and opened on the same day. Unfortunately, some of the fruit had mold growing on it already (see pictures). I reached out to customer service on 1/13/24 and would have loved either a refund or a repeat order. However, nobody contacted me about my "case". It's very disappointing.

I would've given a ZERO star rating but it won't allow me to.I chose the Portage, Mi location because the online store hours show open until 5:00 p.m. today.I drove 37 miles to get an arrangement for my father, only to discover that the store is CLOSED. Even the business hours on the door list it as open until 5:00 p.m.Thank you for wasting my time and my gas.

I had a sweet tooth and stopped in yesterday 9/13/23. Really wanted a cookie but saw cupcakes and got one instead.It was the most delicious cupcake I had in a long time. I will be back and be using them to send any gifts. The lady behind the counter was the sweetest ever!
