I had the pleasure of renting a car from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and I must commend Mackenzie Jones for the exceptional customer service she provided. Great experience all around. First rental had a slow leak on two of the tires. Kat was quick to accommodate and resolve the issue. She followed up to make sure I was happy. Matt did an amazing job checking me in quickly. Great team members here. Highly recommend!

We had a rental car booked for a close to close pick up time. We arrived 5 minutes before they closed. Cutting it close but figured they would be willing to help since they knew we were coming. As we pulled in, the lady working was already in her car and pulling out. We had to scramble to find another rental vehicle. Thankfully, enterprise in the airport was able to help us. NEVER again will I rent from this enterprise. You can’t close early and leave people without a rental car in a time of need.

At Enterprise they had my car clean and ready for pick up made sure I had everything I needed including numbers in case of an emergency! Just an all around great experience every time

Confirmed Truck rental 3 weeks ago.. got here Today and was informed they do not have a truck.. no call or email to warn us ! What kind of operation is this ? Then they refuse to help in any way !! Rude and cold! Do not do business with enterprise by Airway lanes in Portage Mi.

My wife and I have a rental while our vehicle is in for repairs. That being said,I can't speak to the affordability. The experience was quick, informative, and the staff are friendly.

**CUSTOMER APPRECIATION** SOME STAFF..MacKenzie is great. It seems to be issue when I hear "well you have had the car since"...Well I thought you would appreciate a customer "since"...Time to move on with relationship. I'm @ plantinum Statis so I will say less it's a bummer relationship was much better with older staff but their no longer there that sucks I almost like yall

I was in there one week to rent a car, they said they didn't have any that day, but they would the next day. I SPECIFICALLY asked them to look at my card to make sure they took it so there wouldn't be any confusion or let downs on my behalf. They acted like yes it was fine because I rented with them before... Without looking at my card. The next day... I call them at 8am to see if I could pick up my 10am car reservation early... And the guy sounded super sceptical they would even have a car at all for me that day as said. So instead of booking that day... I just booked a car a week later so I would definitely get one. I had to take a bus, as well as walk like 6 blocks to get to Enterprise the next week... In the extreme sun... Which I figured was worth it since I'd be renting a car for the way back. We got all the way there... Just to be told I couldn't use my PayPal debit card. (The SAME EXACT CARD I had previously used to rent a car through them.) Smh Huge waste of time and energy to say the least.

Great service and prices. Ben the manager helped me out on a day when I was frustrated and in a grouchy mood. I appreciate his professionalism. Enterprise lost one star because the specific vehicle I reserved was not actually available that day.

Without a corporate code they’re more expensive than many car rental places now. The hold they place on your card is half the rental. They don’t allow you to split it between two cards. Every building has different rules and it’s hard to just switch to a different location without cancelling everything and starting over.
