We had a bad experience with the enterprise across the road and came to the airport in a pinch to get a rental. We had the best customer service with Ryan. He was able to find us a car, had it pulled up for us, and it was clean. He explained the paperwork and what we were signing well. He was kind to our situation, easy to work with, and made a very stressful situation for us very pleasant. We were thankful he was there with a smile that day and was able to help us. We will always choose the airport enterprise because of Ryan’s kind service. He is a great asset to this location and I hope he gets recognition he deserves for his job well done helping us. THANK YOU, RYAN!

Pickup was easy and fast, with friendly service. The car was quite nice, and was very gas efficient. The return was easy and quick as well. Overall, the way car rental should be.

I called multiple times with no answer and left several messages. I never got a response. I ended up cancelling my reservation since they were not able to assist me.

Had rented from Enterprise AZO location which was around $280. They informed me that there was a $400 refundable deposit once the car is returned. 1st issue was they never sent a receipt until after I called and left a voicemail. 2nd issue: I have called the Enterprise location multiple times with no one available to assist even after filing a claim number. Now, I call the corporate number and had to get another claim number with the hopes of getting my questions answered and hopefully receive my deposit back.

Canceled car less then one hour from pickup with no solutions or desire to help. Was told they overbooked by 18 cars and the worker told me this was a common practice for them.

Poor customer service. Information is never consistent needs to management and staff. They're more interested in telling you your wrong versus taking care of situations

I was going on a trip to Chicago and was trying to rent a vehicle but they were all rented out. I decided to try to take my car instead even though I was skeptical it might not make it there. Sure enough I was right. After three hours of driving my car started stalling along the way to Chicago. Thank god I was still in Michigan so had to look up for the nearest enterprise and found this one at the Kalamazoo airport which was 14 minutes away from me. I parked my car there at short term and rented a vehicle instead. Customer service was great and everything went smoothly with no problems. Price was cheap $97/day which, you can return the car the next day before 3pm for the same price. Prepaid gas was $61 and you can turn it in empty tank no charge which is not too bad at all. The Insurance was about $20 something dollars if I remember correctly. Overall, the experience was great and the car drove real smooth with no issues at all. I returned the car the same night and dropped the car keys at the drop box. It was Super convenient because other enterprise don’t do drop off after hours. I drove my personal car back home with no issues at all which, was great, it was midnight when I came back to Michigan and didn’t get home till 3am. Thank you Danielle for helping us! Very much appreciated! Will be back again whenever I’m headed that way again!

Things were fine the first week or so that we had a rental. When we started getting a flat tire, we called roadside assistance asking what we should do. I looked for a spare tire as I'm perfectly capable of putting a spare tire on a car. There was NO spare tire, and they told me over the phone there was. I told them again as I'm in the trunk, looking under the suv, no spare. They told us there will be a tow truck coming in 2 to 4 hours. It was currently 7pm. Then said we could get an UBER to get to the nearest enterprise to get a new rental. Which then not available for 4+ hours. And with 2 children, and 2 adults I wasn't about to take an UBER. Thankfully family was able to pick us up and take us where we needed to go. We were told to leave the vehicle locked and take the keys with us. The tow company that was hired to pick the car up didn't get there till almost midnight. They took pictures for us to prove there was indeed NO spare tire. Their customer service agents are extremely rude and speak as if they're reading a script. I do not recommend.

When I picked up the vehicle they told me it was $530 and I would get my $300 deposit back. However, when I brought the vehicle back, they refused to give back my deposit saying I was supposed to be charge $800!

I arrived Kalamazoo for an interview only to have my reservation cancelled because the staff at the airport said enterprise did not accept debit cards. This resulted in me almost being late to my interview. My husband went online and discovered that enterprise did indeed accept debit cards. Despite telling the staff this they tried to cancel again in until my husband showed them the enterprise policy regarding debit cards and rentals from airports. Extremely unpleasant staff. Ruined the trip
