Josh at the shipping desk was wonderful and considerate and helpful. He took special care with my photos that had pen ink bleeding and packaged them so they wouldn't smudge my documents. How thoughtful!

i called to ask about if the 4th holiday would effect a package being sent on the 3rd with the overnight express and the man who answered the phone had a real attitude problem

I went in to ship some heavy auto parts back, and was so appreciative of the willingness to help right away. I also was going to buy tape just to get the box all ready & Ron used their tape gun to get it all packaged up for me, so I didn’t have to buy some! Thanks for the help & for providing great service!

I had a pretty rough week and I had to print a research board last minute. Josh and Joel were so incredibly helpful and nice and I cannot thank them enough for their support and kindness. Absolutely amazing staff!!

General Manager Mark assisted me with a daunting copy/collating task and completed it quickly, efficiently and with a very helpful attitude and shipped it cross country at a very fair price. Much appreciated and I highly recommend this FedEx service center!

We had some miscommunication with school on who was making a sports banner and morning of we found out it didn't get made. We called FedEx when they opened at 9a and asked if it was possible to make this happen and Kevin said YES! He made recommendations on what we were trying to print and it was ready for us in 90 min. They really saved the day for us and the banner was awesome! Thanks Kevin and crew!

Fed ex from Portage has delivered 70 percent of my holiday packages to the wrong address. One of their drivers must be blindly following map quest and not actually checking the mailing address. Fortunately we have an honest neighbor. Fed ex makes it very difficult to address the problem directly.

Today I stopped in for help in scanning some documents. I was having a pretty tough day, unrelated to my visit at FedEx. The person who came to assist me was named Josh. He not only helped me with the tasks I came in with, he offered compassion and a hug. His kindness and helpfulness on a tough day was not required but was certainly appreciated. Thank you Josh and thank you FedEx for hiring someone like this.
