“Leather couch delivered with rub marks and scratches. Very disappointed in LazyBoy delivery of a new couch that has multiple marks and scratches in new couch.
Update- OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! La-Z-Boy replaced my couch after I spoke with customer service the first time. Very happy with La-Z-Boy!”
