Awful experience. Do not get your taxes or any type of financial service done at this particular establishment.
Misspelled my name (one would think the easiest part of the service) when filling my taxes. Then when corrected had an incredibly rude receptionist (Carolyn) shove the corrected version at me across the counter and then walked away.
I would never have left this review; in fact I could have dealt with the fact there was an error in my taxes. But the fact that the employee shoved my paperwork across the front counter and then walked away quickly is astonishing to me.

Not very friendly in there, didn’t say hi when I walked in and had attitude when I delivered food. No customer service from the lady at the front desk! Should be treated with the same respect as anyone else who goes in there, as I am self employed and do not work for them, nor put up with bad service. Not delivering here again! Hopefully they’re clients aren’t treated as rudely as I was. Enough to put you in a bad mood!
