Sign on door says Satopen 9am to 12 .. I desperately needed to conduct some transactions and nobody was there .. at 11:15am. THANKS A BUNCH .. I'll be closing my account after the holidays and going to another credit union that is actually open according to their posted hours of service.

If I could put a 0 star review I would, how do you hold a check for being out of state when most checks are done out of state and iv cashed two other checks and opened my account with an out of state check, idc if my account is new or not why are we all of a sudden switching up, this bank is definitely a blood pressure raiser

We have been baking with kalsee for over 5 years now. Our lobby experiences have been pleasing and helpful. Veronica Baker helped solve an issue with my account and made sure it was done in a timely manner. She was so respectful of our feelings and frustrations. Their online site and app are easy to navigate.

Have waited over 4 months for money stolen from my account, a person has been arresting and Kalsee is still refusing to reimburse any money, your bank account is NOT safe at Kalsee

Needed a notary. Was told that since we aren’t members of Kalsee but members of Honor CU they won’t assist. Even though they will take money and put it in our Honor account. They are sister CUs. We were the only customer in that day as well. Just got a vibe of: we aren’t here to help you at all, just go away. Love Honor CU. Kalsee not so much.

Call center supervisor Veronica Baker threatened to close my account and mail me a check after refusing to let me speak to her boss. This all ensued after my wife and I had to call 5 separate times in an hour because they kept locking my debit card when making a mere $90 purchase. I asked to speak to her boss and she said she doesn't have to let me and then said she's closing it and hung up on me. They then called my wife and told her in order to keep the account open, I must be removed from the account. Needless to say, I will be opening an account with ANYONE other than them. Have had issues for years since opening and I am finally at my wits end. If you value your hard earned money, go anywhere other than Kalsee Credit Union.

As a long time customer I can tell you that it's almost impossible to have modern day financing and be able to use this as your primary institution without issues. They are obsessed with pushing credit cards and car loans on people who can barely afford them, and then have miserable service on almost everything from card replacement to online banking needs. They charged my parents hundreds of dollars in "dormant account fees" and then tried to justify it with some BS about modern banking. They are the furthest thing from modern banking, they are outdated and are out to get your money 1 dirty penny at a time.

This bank is literally horrible I still haven’t got my credit card and it’s been 2 months? Also I went to pull some money off and they took my card lol and never gave it back when I tried to get money from the atm the lady took my card right out of the atm and I called them and they said they don’t have it! definitely switching my bank would never recommend this bank to anyone

This bank shouldn’t even receive 1 star. We have an auto loan through these people, sadly, and wanted to sign up for Auto Pay with our new bank and they told us we can’t do it online. What bank doesn’t have this as an option online? Apparently you do not want payment on time so you can charge people late fees. Also, we went in to try and set it up in person since online was not an option and the only person who can potentially help us do that is the loan officer…. Turns out he can’t do it either. You all are useless and your service sucks. Do not use these people. They do not go the extra mile to help ya.

Watch out for their high interest checking qualification hoops... you don't control when a debit card purchase is "posted" to your account and they use that to disqualify you for the month. Make a purchase on the last day of the period, but if they say it didn't "post" till the following day it's their way out of paying the monthly interest. Their customer service reps seemed short, as if they deal with this customer issue often? Disqualifying a customer over something they have no control over or influence on seems trite to me, short sited. I'm now looking at doing business elsewhere.
