This place is an absolute joke!!!!After the sale customer service is trash and I mean trash !!! Purchased a watch with ultimate warranty had to send the watch back 4 times in less that a year because the diamonds kept falling out, Had to call corporate to get a replacement and 3 months later got the replacement and they would not transfer the warranty to the new watch. Every time I visited Kay’s they would fight me in every way possible!!!! They acted like they were doing me a favor by helping me like I was trying to steal something I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE SUCK AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! HECK WALMART HAS BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN THIS PLACE

Please just go elsewhere. I regret ever stepping foot into this store. The item purchased was an issue from the start.Even after paying extra for warranty.It has already been returned to the store to be "fixed", however, another trip is necessary because now I have mismatched earrings. ??♀️??♀️. This is all super convenient since I live 35 mins away.

Took my ring in around Thanksgiving was estimated to be back 2 weeks after....well it's been well over that called them and they can't tell where it's at. Not happy what so ever with them right now.

I have gone to Kay's for the last decade and the women that work here are over the top amazing at finding the best gift for your special lady. I cannot express my gratitude enough for all they do everytime i come in! Such a great group of gals with awesome customer service. I will continue to support them and thank all of you for the outstanding service each year!!

Need jewelry or a good gift? Well you better go see Jennifer at Kay's in the crossroads mall. She's very helpful, patient, and can answer all your questions from products and pricing too financing all while smiling and being positive. 10/10 would recommend this location

Never buy anything there! The ring I bought there had a tiny stone fall out and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace it! That is about twice what the ring itself cost. They should have replaced the whole ring since it is obviously falling apart! I have only had it a couple of years. Do not shop there...ever.

I returned a ring over 2 months ago, they didn’t have the cash so i had to wait for a check to come in mail…. It’s been 2 months & i still haven’t got my money back, Kay jewelers lost me as a customer due to their poor customer service

We have been to this store multiple times and have yet to have good service from them but this last time was AWFUL. We got a band from them and it came in completely bent. We went right back into the store to have it fixed and the lady told us it would be fixed if it was soldered together. Well fast foward and we went to the Battle Creek store and asked them the same thing and the lady there told us there was absolutely no way it would be able to be fixed so they were going to make it right and told us they would exchange it back in for full price to go towards another band. She put on our account for the future so when we were ready to get something else everything would have been taken care of... yesterday my fiance went in to go order my enhancer and trade in the original band and the woman told him they weren't going to be doing the full exchange because we needed to take care of it within policy(mind you I tried to and the woman told us it'd be able to be fixed) I called up to talk to the manager and she was so rude that I had to hang up! We canceled our customized order with them and will be going back to the Battle Creek store as they are much more friendlier and customer oriented.

My fiancée asked for a specific ring and new exactly what size I am and they didn’t have a clue what he was telling them. He asked for a simple band with paved claws, and the ring needed to be a 7.5. If you go onto there website they give you the option to customize your ring, and you are able to create that exact style! How are there employees so uneducated?? The ring they sold him was no were close to being what he has asked for AND they gave him a ring that was a size and a half to BIG!!!!! Kay Jewelers, you ruined my engagement!

Took great care of me when I came in for a ring inspection. Was pleasantly surprised to get an email confirming my inspection. I typically have my ring inspected at another location and have never received a confirming email before. Perhaps a new policy but it was nice to have the electronic record.

This Kay's breaks the mold of the jewelry industry. The ladies that work here are absolutely fantastic. They will work with you to find what fits your style and something inside your budget. The manager (I forget her name, sorry) is great, too. You can tell she creates a good work environment for her employees.
