Worst place in the world. First went in to buy a stackable electric washer and gas dryer, after all was done went home looked at the receipt and they had 2 washers no dryer. So went back to get that straightened out and finally got my washer and dryer. But then after paying for delivery and installation the brilliant people at lowes sent the washer/ dryer with no stacking kit,, no conversion kit from gas to propane, no propane hose or anything else I paid for. So yet again back to store to personally pick up all the parts needed. While my new washer/dryer sat for another 2 days awaiting to be installed. Then after installation was told they don't do conversionfrom gas to propane so had to pay another 150 dollars to have that done. Totally ridiculous if you ask me, need to train there employees way better of hire ones that know anything about what they are selling. And maybe if your offering installation have someone that does a conversion from gas to propane. Will NEVER buy anything at Lowes again not even a toothpick.

My husband and I drive 40 minutes and pass multiple other home improvement stores to go here. This is because of the help of one great employee named Bre! She is always extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help!

I really enjoy going here the prices are usually competitive and there is always a variety to choose from. Depending on what your looking for and the store is well organized. I also enjoy the great Holiday decorations they have this time of year. So it's worth visiting and home you enjoy it. Happy holidays everyone

I walked around for half an hour or so looking for tape to fix a circuit board up and the down the aisles... Seen maybe five Lowe's workers and the last if I needed help the second time he walked past me.... Need better personal relations with their customer base.. at least that's my opinion

I had purchased an outdoor patio set two months ago. One of the chairs started to unravel. I stoped in the store, and since it was November, all the patio furniture was no longer out. A Lowes associated by the name of Zack saw me wondering around and asked if he could help. I explained my situation and he walked me to the service area where he checked his inventory. He told me he had a replacement if I wanted to bring the chair in. I immediately went home home and returned with the chair. As I was waiting in line at the return desk, Zack saw me and came over the the new chair he had already retrieved from storage. He got my information and made the exchange bypassing waiting in line. Because of Zack's efforts, I am now making Lowes my go-to hardware store.
