Ran over a fence post on i94 which blew out all 4 tires and rims on my vehicle. Far from home and in a pinch, Ken and his team helped me get back on the road the same day!! Went above and beyond to help me find solutions at a very reasonable price. Awesome team at Monro! Highly recommend.

Kept saying my car ran great, then died on me on the way home. Threw engine codes and took care of the one that was the very least of a problem with drive ability. Spent $650 for jo reason at all and the guard for what they "fixed" is just hanging and the new part is just getting ruined. Run, not a real mechanic whatsoever. Please listen to this. My car is still bogged out, vibrating like crazy, and almost dying daily and I'm in debt. Don't go here, I had to go 3 times before the check engine light and still didn't fix the problem for $650. Not a real mechanic period.

Quick, same day, and efficient. Could be better about explaining services and issues, I had to pry for an explanation. The service was also not reasonably priced, but other service centers would've taken over a week to complete what I needed done that day.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They couldn't fix the problem put a new master cyilnderididn't fix it then tried to sell me a used abs pump from a salvage yard and refused to tell me witch place they got it from because they marked it up so much.

I am very annoyed and disappointed with this location. I have always taken my cars to Monro for service. I realize that the price of things have tripled but being charged for unnecessary things is not fair to anyone. My engine light was on, I took my car in for a diagnostic test. My car was there for 3 days. I had to call after the first day to ask what was going on. All that time, I assumed they knew what the problem was maybe spark plugs or something. Nope, I was told it was vapors causing the problem. My bill was over 600. The receipt didn't show what exactly they fixed but some codes numbers. I asked about that and was left more confused by the answer. Two days later, my engine light is on again. I called and was told to replace my gas cap. Are you kidding me! You charge me for something you didn't properly diagnose and say get a gas cap. Everyone's time and money is precious. My car is important to me and when I choose a mechanic, I want to be treated fairly. I am trying my hardest to get my money back. I feel so cheated.

Kind, skilled, and efficient! I've taken my car to this location for various needs over the past two years and have always been more than happy with the outcome. Plus, as a 20-something woman who does not know much about cars, I have never once felt talked down to.
