I ordered an item online. It was not cute in me at all. Walking back in to return it was smooth and easy. Both my experience picking up the item and returning it were smooth and the associates in the store were super kind.

great deals but one of the employees was such a brat, it made my entire experience unpleasant. Didn't hear her ask if i wanted to get a card, so she basically screamed at me "is that a no???" and looked at me like i was inconveniencing her in some way. I apologized and said i didn't hear her. She said no words to me after that. I know that she is probably unhappy to be at work but hello, it's called work for reason. maybe you shouldn't be in customer service if you're going treat the customers like garbage. Wish i got her name but she is bound to get fired anyways. (-: cheers.
