Slowest drive thru EVER!! I am sad that the the one on Centre Street closed they had way better service. I had to leave the other day because it took so long and I had another appointment. Never did get my banking done that day, wasting time there!

Play simply this Bank does not care about it's customers ! Shutting down most banks around could not even get an extra withdraw slip so I did not have to spend the time to wait teller the next time just playing I'll pour!!

In general their customer service agents are very polite. Their financial officers are not quite knowledgeable of their financial products. When I visited one of them since I was getting penalized due to over draft protection which I had set up when I opened accounts with them. He stated that the previous representative set it incorrectly. so He corrected and stated it should be all fine now.I get charged again for over draft protection. So I approached the manager and she stated the personal accounts cannot be protecting the business checking! Ridiculous...I do not know whom to believe.I began getting charged for wiring money in (like depositing money) from another financial company...What kind of bank would charge for this!!!...Ridiculous...Don't understand the logic behind this!!This bank want to make money and not serve people!

I’ve found the Westnedge branch location difficult to access very limited parking and must always have an appointment even to simply ask a question. Now that PNC is closing the easy to use Center street location, I expect this Westnedge branch to become more inaccessible and even longer drive-through lines.

Avoid at all costs, I deposited a significant amount of cash I their ATM Machine and the machine malfunctioned and shut down. Went into the branch and all they could tell me was that I would need to go online and submit an ATM dispute. They said the machine does this all the time and the disputes usually get resolved in a few days. Have a nice day! Well I didn't have a nice day and all they have done is issue me a credit pending investigation. I am a tech savvy person and I had to reach out to customer service to figure out how to file the dispute online, what if I was my grandparents? PNC is zero help and this is not the first poor experience I have had so I will me moving my business elsewhere when and if this gets resolved. As for this branch, good customer service would have been to help me submit this dispute before I left instead of watching me sit in my car on the phone with customer service upset. Shut the machine down if it does not work properly!

The closed lobby, open only for appointments is not customer friendly. Many bank lobbies are open and feel much more welcoming. I had an appointment with a very nice person took care of business for my brother's estate. Went a week later to cash a check, they could not find the paperwork, I was not linked to the account and waited 40 minutes unable to complete my task. Needed to schedule another appointment came early and sat in my car as you may not wait in the lobby. Very frustrating.

ATM check deposit feature is awful, spending 5 to 10 minutes at the ATM to deposit checks, only to have multiple checks not accepted. Staff told me to try again inserting the check in the opposite direction. Still doesn't work after multiple attempts. Then I have to take additional time to go to the drive through or into the branch.

I'd like to recognize Eric Wissner for providing amazing customer service! I've been doing business with PNC since before they were PNC- I opened my very first checking account over 20 years ago and have always had great experiences with this company. However, Eric just took it to the next level. I stopped in to my branch with a small problem, which he quickly resolved. Then, he took the initiative to make sure that the computer system had the correct information for me (he did have a change to make there since it had been a while since I last sat with a banker). He next educated me on home equity options, which is actually a very timely offer because my husband and I will soon have a need for a new roof and it will make much more sense to go this route than to put it on a credit card.All in all, the entire experience was like hanging out with a good friend and never felt salesy at all. Having been in customer service for a while myself, I know that is harder to do than it looks. Especially first thing in the morning before your coffee! Thank you, Eric, for getting my day off to a great start! You rock!

I did business through the drive up this visit. I didn't have to wait too long, and the teller was very friendly and took care of my transaction efficiently and with a smile. I appreciated that on a busy day.

I went to PNC Vicksburg and loved it. Since that location is closed, this location was my closest option. Every time I needed to do business, there was a complication. I finally closed my account and will continue to use my credit unions.

I started a new job a few months ago and have never had to handle bank deposits before, I have made a few mess ups along the way but Brett Sutherland constantly goes above and beyond to help me when I do make mistakes and always makes me feel like its okay and hes got my back! My company was questioning weather or not to stay with PNC and as soon as I heared that I fought against it because my days would not be as great if I didn't get to see Brett plus I know if im ever struggling or mess something up I have a friendly face who is patient and always willing to help me figure it out. You guys are lucky you have someone who is as dedicated and loves his job the way Brett does, promote him, give him a raise, do whatever you have to do to keep someone like him around.
