Great products and so much easier to use the scan and go app and not have to fight the lines at the registers. Make sure to take advantage of the Sam's Club app!

Be careful when buying wine. I gt stuck with $60 of wine that tastes like vinegar. I was told to gift it to someone. Why would I do that? It is awful, totally undrinkable .Either they are storing it incorrectly or the wine buyer is terrible. Save yourself money and go to a local beverage shop or Costco.

Deli is decent but they unplug the phone so we can’t call in orders for lunch break. The phone physically has the cord hanging next to it so they don’t have to answer calls.

We always go as soon as they open. They were stocked up and the only issue was that their popular loss leader, rotisserie chicken, was not ready, and we had to wait around for a few minutes for the employee to get them out and packaged up.The store is always clean and employees are friendly and helpful.

We love the fuel prices at Sam's Club. It has been very consistently lower than anywhere else, and we have sometimes been as much as $0.50/gal lower in fuel costs. As we also own two Diesel vehicles and one gasoline vehicle, we feel this alone, makes our membership pay for itself, and a tremendous value in these days of runaway inflation. We have also found great service in the tire department vs other retail stores, particularly if one is traveling because there is usually a Sam's Club found not too far away, and the tires, service and warranty are excellent.

Bakery did a fantastic job on my birthday cake! I came in the day before and the lady helped me and said a day is more than enough time! She was super sweet and helpful. The cake was moist and spongy. So delicious! This whole cake was $16.98!!! Seriously one of the best cakes I’ve had.

As a new member I love this place. The prices are great and the selection of products is great too. The only reason I give three stars is because of the hours. For as busy as they get they are only open for 8 hrs. Do better Sam's

I love having memberships at both Sam’s and Costco, but this Sam’s is really struggling to offer full services post-pandemic. They routinely shut down the rotisserie chickens and food court at very early times. Even checking receipts when leaving can we a lengthy process. Seems that they have trouble recruiting talent.

Approximately a week before, I had placed an order for steaks that I needed to cook a private dinner (14 steaks). Unfortunate, that order was not filled and was explained to me why. I was asked if the next day would be okay and I told them that unfortunately it was not, because I needed them for an hour from when I went to pick them up. I was really frazzled and couldn't think straight, but had asked the crew if they could help fill my order from what they had. They helped me very quickly and professionally to fill the order! I wish I hadn't been in such a rush, because I would have taken the time to ask their names or read their name tags. If you're a manager in the meat department, you should be proud of the two that helped me on Friday, July 14th.P.S: they loved the steaks and everyone kept asking where I got them.

June 6, 2023 5:25PM The store is packed but there's ONLY ONE CASHIER!!! She was very professional and worked as quick as she could but who in the right mind sends only 1 person to handle such huge volumes of customers? The same story of ONLY ONE CASHIER!!! keeps repeating itself more often than not. I normally shop after 5PM and it seems to be the busiest time but the respect for the customer's time doesn't seem to be the priority these days.On Tuesday, June 6, 2023 I was hoping for a quick trip to Sam's Club. No such luck! Ironically, the store was full of employees I saw at least 6 walking around having conversations some stretching out of boredom but none had walked to the second and third register to quickly help out.In my opinion, that's poor management and poor customer service. There are age old proven ways to train and incentivize good management with appropriate employees' performance and good customer service. I'm not sure why it's not the priority? In my time when I had worked in a grocery store in the late 80's; it was totally unacceptable to keep people waiting like that in a long line for so long. The standards have definitely dropped. In my store, the store manager himself would jump behind the cash register with the co-manager and an assistant manager if he had to. During super busy moments, the stock-clerks would come up front and assist cashiers with bagging grocery.Long lines belong in the history books of the Soviet Union not at Sam's Club! The management needs to do a better job.

Of all of the 100s of times in Kzoo, I never even knew there was a Sam's club all of this time. Not that I ever really was looking for one either. Their mini croissants look pretty good. They had a nice assortment single serve of cheesecakes, cheese and fruit danishes and muffins the size of a small babies head. The king crab legs look to be already cooked and ate even cut up for you, nice. There aren't a lot of already made food kids, like the taco kit my husband likes at their C competitor. There's a ton of pool inflatable toys, lots of outdoor patio and backyard items out too. There was a pine pergola set out that looked like a nice shelter from the sun too. I only saw snack sized Snickers, but no other snack sized chocolate treats. The checkout here are mostly self-service here.

Online I ordered the last BBQ gazebo. I was coming from out of town so I called ahead to ensure that it was not the display model since it was the last one they had in stock. I wanted to know that I could just drive my truck and not bring the trailer. 3 phone calls of 8 minutes each of unanswered ringing. The fourth time I got a person who rudely said how busy they were. I asked if it was in a box or would it be the store model? 33 minutes later of being on hold, I called back again. The customer service person stated it was in a box since it was too early in the season to sell the floor model and there was no way they would . I arrived to pick up the gazebo. I was told it was the floor model because it was all that was left. I had to come back the next day with a trailer. Rudest most awful customer service! Besides ignoring the phone she then left me on hold and never checked to ensure just that, that I didn't have to bring a trailer.

The store is okay and the employees are just okay. The cafe is always out of something and closes up really early you could want a pepperoni pizza and they will be out of pepperonis lol. I shop here when I don't want to go all the way over to Kalamazoo. I prefer Costco every time.

I love Sam's Club. Great prices, good selection and I enjoy the scan and go feature through the app.
