They are helpful for stepping out of a comfort zone, getting color matched, finding exactly what one is looking for, and assisting with birthday gifts and samples. However, a common negative point is that this location is frequently out of stock of popular and hot items that everybody wants. Some products were out, which can be a bummer and takes away the fun of shopping in store. Employees are often not sure when items will be back in stock and may suggest ordering online instead. Despite being small, the store has every staple one might look for at Sephora.

They didn’t have what I originally was looking for. BUT the employee that helped me was so sweet! I went in as an anxious woman alone, told her I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and she showed me a few things and hyped me up. It was a really good shopping experience for me!
