I needed help covering dark circles. I had underone radiation treatments yet I couldn't get assistance beyond " try this". No offers of help beyond that. What happened to color matching? I will never go there again.

I am a Sephora customer 4life! However, this location is always out of stock of the popular items that everybody is wanting! I don’t understand why, the employees are never sure when items are to be back in stock either. They always push you to order online which takes away the fun of shopping in store and creating good connections. Anytime I travel to Grand Rapids I am sure to stop in Sephora in Woodland mall and they always have the hot items in stock plus more! I wish our Sephora here in Portage had those same items it’s truly a bummer.

I had a great experience there. Only negative is that some products were out but I guess it means they’re great and sell quick, haha! The person that took care of me was wonderful and hooked me up on the birthday gifts/samples. Made my birthday even better.

The employees were all super kind and able to help me find exactly what I was looking for, the store is small but has every staple you're looking for in Sephora.

Many items out of stock at this location (frequent issue). Associates don't know when products are supposed to come in and they're waiting weeks if not months for orders. Ordered online only because I was unable to purchase products in store. A week later, went to return one of the items bought online and was told that a Kohl's Sephora cannot accept any online returns unlike when they we're partnered with JCPenney. I don't really see a reason to return to the store unless corporate makes changes.

I was there for over 20 minutes shopping. Neither associate acknowledged me in any way. I was the only customer inside the store for most of the time. I put my items back and left.

First time at this new Sephora today. Its small just like JC Penny which is v disappointing. Talked to 2 different associates and neither of them were very friendly. Ill stick to shopping online...
