  Mel took plenty of time to thoroughly explain options and also stepped back to give us time to discuss and make our decisions. We left with a new bed purchased that was just right for our best sleep, best fit in our home and the best price. We even picked out a couple items to enhance our new purchase.   Hannah's knowledge, patience, and no pressure approach was a refreshing experience in today's sales world. I usually am quite reserved with dealing with a salesperson, but Hannah's unique caring and personalized presentation made us feel right at home working with her.   We love our Sleep Number bed! Purchasing was a fun and interesting process in-store. They have several models set up to try. The sales rep was amazing in explaining how the bed works and helped to find my comfort number. Being older, I opted for the 8. The vibration and auto adjusting cool plush top mattress along with an app to provide an analysis of nightly sleep has really provided us improved rest.
  
  The bonus was utilizing zero percent interest over 12 months! Highly recommend Sleep Number!!

  We had our first Temperpedic mattress for 20 years and loved it. Bought another and haven’t had a good night’s sleep since. So we decided it was time to check out a Sleep Number bed. All of our friends who have them rave about their comfort and the great sleep they provide. My wife and I shopped at the beginning of their most recent Black Friday Sale. We were particularly interested in the Ile model, which is only available during these sale times, as they are on sale for 50% off. Hannah was our salesperson and she did a wonderful job of explaining everything to us and letting us take our time deciding what we really needed/wanted. She didn’t try to push any particular product or try to upsell us on anything. We ended up choosing that Ile in a split-king form, so that both my wife and I will have completely independent control of our head and leg positioning, as well naturally of our firmness or “sleep number.” We can’t wait to get ours installed and are happily recommending Hannah and the Portage store to all our family and friends!
