I have to setup a new modem because the one they installed can only handle half the internet traffic i paid for. Now that I'm trying to set it up I can't because they are having issues with their tv app. Why i can't set up my MODEM because of an app is crazy. You can't even talk to a rep. I don't have Internet, tv, or phone right now and there isn't a single person i can talk to in order to resolve. Not to mention the internet sucks. All mt friends and neighbors complain about it. Customer support is rude or they connect you to someone over seas with a poor phone connection. This company is terrible. So glad starlink, and metronet(T-mobile fiber) is here. Im switch. They have always been awful but the only option in my area. Now im free.
If you think about doing business with these people don't. They aren't worth the headache. They'll bill and fee the daylight out of you yet can never get solutions or talk to a human.

Highly over priced. I've been with Spectrum for 9 years at my current location and the speed of my Internet has never changed but my monthly cost has gone up 90%. Then, when you try and cancel because you found out the competition is WAY better, then they hold you on the phone for 20 minutes, even though you just want to cancel, and THEN you still get charged another month because Spectrum is a SCAM. If there's another ISP in your area, i highly recommend checking them out because Spectrum is the worst.
