I overheard a conversation with Susan Monce with a younger customer keep in mind this is the 4th interaction I’ve observed. SHES SO UNPROFESSIONAL! Rude isn’t the word. I think she only likes a “certain” customer base. If a customer asks for clarification it means they don’t understand- she’s supposed to be the “professional insurance agent “ they aren’t . Sad because our family has used State Farm for probably 40 years . I’ll Will definitely let as many people as I can know . I don’t want to honk that she doesn’t like custom
Era that look like her , however at this point t it’s beginning to look that why sadly . She lied about coverage cost knowingly deceived someone and they’ve been paying additional al monies for less coverage. Shes very judgmental and makes rude, disrespectful and insensitive comments. IF YOU HAVE A YOU have a YOUNG driver THAT DOESNT LOOK LIKE HER RUN!

This office has always been good to me. Usually, I hate calling places and just use websites and apps, but Susan's office/employees are just so easy to call up and talk to. They can add/cancel/edit your policy within minutes. If you're looking for an agent with a great team, look no further.

Jake from state farm isnt helpful.We needed a tune up and I tried to call you guys but i wasnt getting any anwsers.Now me and my family cant drive down to Nebraska so I can finally meet my wifes parents.I want the old Jake back, the one who was sitting at his desk all day by a phone. Not running around the country false advertising your company.Switching back to Progressive. Ill get more help with them. ✌✌

I'd like state farm I had a flat tire in downtown but I need it assistance to bring my car to express auto,and they told me that I don't qualify for that assistance,so they give me a phone number to call in arizona.ha ha ha nothing but the truth.

She does nothing and doesn’t even bother to get her license renewed to sell health insurance. State Farm in general sucks. I had full coverage on my car and a drunk driver did a hit and run and Susan didn’t fill out the right stuff so they tried sticking me with the Hospital bill and the surgery I had to have. No thank you. And when I started my insurance she told me it would be $166 a month which is great and then 2 months later it shot up to $320 and Nothing changed. No ticks no accidents just boom a hit in the face. Then 4 months later the drunk driver totaled my car and State Farm paid $4,477 towards it but it was worth 10,500. State Farm sucks!
