Went to return an online purchase. A friendly and helpful associate waited on me. After completing my return, she pointed out where the sale items were for my consideration. Ample free parking, easy to get to.

I almost always find something when I visit this store. I did not this time. I shop both in store and online. Most of my clothes are from Talbots. Their clothes are well made, fit me well, and are my style. I recommend Talbots

I love shopping in this store. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You can't beat the quality of the merchandise. It's beautiful but pricey. I shop sales which they often have. I'll always shop there. Goinback in a few days

This store is hit or miss. I went in and there were 2 registers open, each with a customer. I waited with my purchase patiently behind the 2 customers. One of the workers finished with their customer, looked at me, and then walked away to busy herself doing something else behind the counter, but not really doing anything. It was very obvious to all she was trying to avoid waiting on me. Finally the other worked asked if I was waiting to check out. I held up my 3 items and said "yes, I thought that was obvious." The other worker rolled her eyes and begrudgingly came over to check out my purchases. I won't be going back.

I would love to give this store a five, solely because the people who work there are OLD SCHOOL-FABULOUS. They create such a positive experience in so many ways and understand above -average retail concepts.So what's the problem? The merchandise. Talbots merchandise has declined in quality - we're talking plummeting, nose diving.Nothing there to buy...

I have been a shopper at Talbots for many years. Today I was in, and took many items in the dressing room to try on. However, I should have taken multiple sizes of every item in as well. Twice, I had to put my clothes on to go out and look for a different size. When I went to pay for what I wanted, I mentioned to the clerk that it would be helpful if someone would come into the dressing rooms occasionally to ask if anyone needed help or perhaps a different size. I received no response from her at all--not one word! I found that very rude.
