Terrible place to rent unless you can’t find anything else. I’ve been here a little over a month constant leaks(maintenance claim that fix, carpet not staying down at all. I have animals in my roof that I put in a request for and have gotten no response for) this place is terrible 😂I mean unless your old or have bad credit my advice is for you not to rent here.

I have lived here for 6 months and have been very pleased. Complex has everything I need and nothing I don't. Maintenance crew are great, friendly, and responsive. So far, I have been pleased with the snow clearance.
Only minor negative is that the gym is pretty lacking (for me), but that is standard for most apartment gyms. Has enough of what you need for a quick cardio session.

Do not rent here at all this place discriminates people that have legal documentation I have had a hard time after a car accident that set me back this place made provide tons of proof of my life and still declined me with legal documents I am now including them in a lawsuit for discrimination. They even tried to say they couldn’t verify my employment so they were basically looking for all excuses to not rent to me.

Management will charge you $150 if someone
thinks you're smoking. No proof needed.
Management will repeatedly contradict itself, then management will go back later and make changes to their future lease agreements, after being called out. I've already called out management for contradictory statements on the amount of pets allowed, and the usage of grills within the community. All future lease agreements now have a notation about the amount of pets allowed, because I threatened legal action.
Management will stand up for domestic abusers, and will defend them if it means they can make money from it. Take it from my personal experience.
Management will refuse to send maintenance to your apartment and refuse correspondence if they feel you are being confrontational. I guess asking for an appointment is deemed confrontational. I tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt by giving them the opportunity to schedule an appointment to perform maintenance on their apartment, and they refuse to schedule an appointment and request access anyway.
Garbage will be left in your apartment upon moving in.
Apartments are not pre inspected. I had an open bag of mulch in my apartment.
The structures are falling apart, are not up to code, and are therefore a safety hazard. Uneven floors and countertops throughout the entire apartment, rotted deck boards and warped support beams.
Apartments are not cleaned before moving in. I moved into an apartment with someone's body hair inside of one of the bathroom drawers.
Writing on the walls has been covered up with a paint pen. I can still clearly read what it says.
The neighborhood has porch pirates who will steal your package off your front porch.
There is a major security flaw in the ranch style homes that could cause a lot of home invasions...because maintenance did a poor job.

Andrea and Laura in the leasing office have been a tremendous help and incredibly accommodating. Everyone I have met that works here are so friendly, it is a well kept community here. I am so appreciative of the kindness I've been shown.

So I've lived here for 4 months have gotten 5 noise complaints from my neighbor when I turn up my TV but I can't file a complaint about her dogs that bark 24/7 all day all night no matter what and she leaves them home alone for weeks on end never buy these apartments the staff is horrible and not willing to help work things out of you call about an issue you'll get hung up on and then they won't answer your number anymore took 3 months to get my mail key

I recently toured and was really impressed by the overall experience. The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, providing all the details I needed. The amenities were well-maintained, and the apartment layout was spacious and modern. Overall, it seems like a great place to live, and I’m excited about the possibility of calling it home.

i don’t know why the reviews here are so low, i’ve been living here for a few months and ABSOLUTELY love it here. affordable rent, renovated units, spacious floorplans, AND a quiet community. PLUS you’re in the middle of everything, don’t have to drive too far or worry about kalamazoo drama and crime. i love living here!! ❤️❤️
