Do NOT attend! The staff who are actively and physically present are amazing, however management is horrendous! I signed up for "buy one month get one free" with the knowledge that I would only be able to attend Sundays. I participated two Sundays the rest were canceled. I called and personally spoke with staff about the problems I was encountering with the App. Management did not call back...a month and half later still no call. I called and spoke with a coach two weeks ago about ensuring that my card would not be charged because I did not want to renew....no call back. Management is stellar at taking new comers money through their coaching staff, BUT management will never call back or assist if you encounter problems. The coaches have no voice in assisting.

Terribly run business! We really enjoyed the class and the instructor, but terrible communication and customer service from the owner. We were signed up for two memberships initially, with no response from management on how to rectify the situation so we had to go to our bank. Then one day we showed up and there was a note on the door that class was canceled and would resume for summer classes. We had no idea when summer classes were! When we called, we got a recording that said that they were reopening on September 14th. It turns out they've had the same outgoing message since covid 3 years ago and haven't changed it! I emailed the owner several times and left a voicemail and finally she responded through Facebook with complete attitude. She ended up blocking me and didn't even respond as to whether they had canceled our membership. The staff even told us that the owner was awful and they were going to quit. Don't waste your time!

The trainers are amazing but not so much the ownership. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for months and the owner makes it impossible to get ahold of her. The employees have no way of contacting her. I’ve sent 5 emails over a full month and had me response. I also had an employee take my number for her and still haven’t been contacted. Great atmosphere l, terrible ownership

Have been attending for about a month now and I love it. The classes keep the workouts varied, upbeat and action packed all while keeping it fun. Coach Luz is the best!

Really bad business. I would never give them your money. Treated me horribly for attempting to cancel multiple times with emails and phone calls with voicemail messages but they dodged them. Seriously, don’t go here. Plus the classes are below mid.

Title Boxing was a pleasant surprise. When I first heard about it, I wasn't sure of what to expect. Being a Martial Artist for 53 years (well before it was a fad), I figured what the heck, I'll give it a try like I have with most combative disciplines.The owner knew her stuff and taught the techniques properly and well. Her assistance were not as polished as her but they were still very good to the point where I returned. Unfortunately, because of all the abuse I put my body through when I was younger I need to replace my hips pretty soon, so I was forced to stop. When I get back into it, I will most certainly will resume training there. There is no judgment there, you never square off against an opponent, which allows you to go your own pace and ability. There were people there of all ages, shapes, and sizes! We all could do it together, as you are only against your personal heavy bag. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. The other participants were all smiling, trying to catch their breath and grab a drink of water before the next session started. It was a very positive experience as it was clean and very well equipped.As Arnold Schwarzenegger famously, said, "I'll be back!"

The instructors are great. But same as I’ve seen with other reviews, even after following their protocol for cancelling my membership, they’ve continued to charge me. I’ve attempted to contact the gym through phone, email and in person and no one has responded to my many emails and calls. In person, they “didn’t know how to cancel it” and had me leave a note with my information which was also ignored. Super frustrating when someone has your credit card information and ignores your many attempts over more than a month to get ahold of anyone. Especially when you’re following what they told you to do. Now I have to start a case with my credit card company.

The people working at this location are very nice. But even after following the cancelation protocol given to me a few months ago and paid the final payment, they ignored me and kept trying to charge me. After a trying a couple more times, last month they finally finalized my cancelation but then sent me to collections! The classes are pretty repetitive anyways and not worth the money. You'd save way more just getting your own bag and learning the 3 whole different sets of punches on youtube.

The gym itself is great. However, my contract there ended in September of '21 and I was still billed monthly through March. I'm still trying to get ahold of someone to see how they are going to fix this. Terrible administration/service.

This place must be closed indefinitely. Been calling and leaving messages for well over a week with no return call. The studio is closed whenever we drive over to it. Should change the message to let people know you are closed. HUGE fan of Title Boxing Clubs. Personal experience in Royal Oak was amazing. Disappointed this experience has not gone well.

Such a great new experience. I sent an interest email and got a call the same day inviting me to a free beginners class that weekend with all the details of what I would need. Arrived a little nervous but that was gone within minutes of arriving. Purchased hand wraps and was shown how to wrap my hands. They helped me find a bag and loaner gloves and taught me the basic punches. Once class started it was so up beat and moved at a great pace. Nice warm up and cool down. It was so much fun I came back the next day for a second class. That one was the same vibe different instructor. So I signed up for more. The instructors are so encouraging and helpful. The workout is total body and can be intense but not overwhelming and intimidating. Clean facilities, well kept equipment, great instructors. I am having a blast and getting a great workout.

Title Boxing Club Kalamazoo is awesome! Boxing is such a fun way to get a workout in, and both the trainers and club members are amazing! Everyone is always positive and encourages each other. Definitely recommend going there and giving boxing a try.

Always intrigued to attend a boxing workout the next day. I learn more and become a better boxer every day. All instructors are great, my favorite is mackenzie. I never feel left out, she has the best music playlist, goes over combinations thoroughly, and a great mentor. Can't wait to reach 100 classes!
