Had a massive headache of an issue with this pharmacy where they had some technical issue that made it so my prescription couldn’t get refilled. Had to get my Doctor to send another script and had to call my insurance as well to get everything figured out. Awful terrible pharmacy do not go here for any reason.

Waited over an hour in the drive thru to pick up my prescription. They had the audacity to start our interaction by giving me attitude, then tried to tell me that I waited over 10 days to pick up my prescription (not true), then changed their story to say that I had spoken with the call center (I spoke with them physically at the pharmacy).
By the end I waited over an hour for bad customer service and ultimately they did not have my medication despite promising it would be ready for pickup 4 days prior. Totally shameful.

This Pharmacy has really developed very poor service. It used to be open 24/7, but isn't anymore. Used to fill prescriptions in 24 hours, but now they need two days or an Act of Congress to do that. You can now expect closures for lunch, prescriptions not filled when promised, frequent med shortages and overall terrible service. It's time to look elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy location in the area. Every time I’ve needed to get meds filled here it takes over an hour. When I am sick, the last thing I want to do is wait that long at a store. It took less time to be seen at urgent care.

Walgreens are usually very efficient considering with as busy as they are. They just need to stand up for the person that had someone cut in front of them because in her mind (customer) two cashiers 2 lines even though it says wait here on one side of the sign on the other it says exit. Myself and another customer tried telling her when she went up to the cashier to check out that I was before her and only 1 line. When I got up to the other cashier I tried explaining to the woman but in her mind no matter what anyone said two cashiers two lines. Her cashier wouldn't tell her only one line. Educate cashiers or make better signs.

I bought a phone charger for my car here. It was advertised as universally compatible. It would not fit my phone. I took my receipt in to return it and they only offered me store credit. Which is useless.
Will not be shopping here again.

Both the woman who checked me in and the one who administered my vaccines was very helpful and pleasant. I had an appointment and was in and out quickly. The woman who administered my vaccine was very knowledgeable and patient with the questions I had.
My family and I have been getting our prescriptions from this location from many years. Anytime there is an insurance issue, Walgreens resolves it in a matter of days.

There is a lady by the name of Stephanie that works in the pharmacy area. She is TOTALLY AMAZING!! I wish everyone had her customer service skills!! She goes above and beyond to help customers. If everyone treated people the way she does, businesses would do a lot better!! Thank you Stephanie for your GREAT customer services!!

Becka at the checkout register is an absolute gem. She treats every customer with such love, care, and respect. The customer in front of me was struggling to pay for her items, and Becka was so patient as the customer determined which items she should pick. Becka honored her, assured her, and took great care in not making her feel less than. This type of customer service is so rare, and it was such a joy to witness this firsthand.
