Walmart has the most ridiculous service first I was trying to get a certain item it took the man ten minutes to look it up then I saw another man flirting with two girls and asking them "what are you doing tonight" and he was talking to them since I got there and since I left and we took about thirty minutes to find everything I think Walmart needs to get better workers

I am giving a five star rating to one employee in particular, and extraordinary young lady named Saba. She was working the self checkout lane and was everything an excellent employee should be. She was proactive and engaging and remarkably efficient. I heard her tell each and every customer to have a nice day and drive safely. Any retailer would be so blessed to have her working there. Well done, Saba.

Be sure to bring your own scanner to price check, nothing is in proper alignment of prices listed on shelves or racks, and some items aren't even marked in system to be sold. It makes shopping extremely time consuming. More and more stores nationwide unfortunately are turning into this. Best option buy less and no more headaches!

Im sorry but i have to emphasize how poorly managed this Walmart is... I wanted to do a return on an item i bought online, and unfortunately for me, this is the closest Walmart to me. I do not know if there are any words to describe how frustrated and unsatisfied i am with my experience. Waited in the return line for 45minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement or help, being the second person in line the whole time with 5 people in the desk helping the same person. I stood their obliviously thinking if this can get any WORSE!!!! The line kept getting packed behind me and i can here everyone's frustration of the situation. And again, no acknowledgement from the reps... (dear god help me through this). Their costumer service reps are untrained. Only if there is anything lower than 1 stars. I hope you and your family NEVER have to come here and suffer.

Terrible customer service. the store closes early for no good reason as does the bottle return, when I asked an employee why the bottle return closed at 6 pm while the store was open until 8:30, she called me an ugly bitch and spat on my shoes.

This Walmart is okay but it could be better. Most of the time the services here are not always great. Every time I check I feel like I'm being watched and looked at a certain way. Most of the time food is constantly running out. They barely restock

Bad customer service during the morning hours. Greeter never says anything. Stockers give you dirty looks like you are in their way. They are also the strangest, oddest looking crew of employees I have ever seen. The meat is overpriced but they do have decent prices on other grocery items.

I have done my grocery shopping here on several occasions since they became a Super Store and have yet to leave feeling satisfied with my shopping experience. The grocery shelves are poorly stocked and they always seem to be out of basic items that I need on my grocery list (produce, canned goods, frozen veggies). Produce items are frequently spoiled or overripe (rotten potatoes, extremely overripe avocados, shriveled cucumbers, fruit flies everywhere). Wal-mart's prices may be lower than competitors; but I will gladly pay a little extra to go to a store that is well stocked and provides better quality produce.

I have seen a decline in customer service since the super store has opened. I am a night shift worker so I tend to shop around 730 to 800 am. I have found that shelves are not stocked and often some of my favorite items are not on the shelves. I also have had a hard time finding a cashier at the checkout lanes. Since I do the majority of my grocery shopping once a week, it's hard to do self check out with the size of my order. I checked out an entire cart in the self checkout this morning at a station with very few bags stocked. An employee who could see I was struggling with my order didn't offer to help in any way. Note: I was the only person in the entire self check out station. The night shift and their customer service skills leave a lot to be desired. At this point I'm ready to make two shopping trips and give a minimum of my business to this store.

This Walmart used to be dingy and I used to refuse to go there; I would rather travel extra miles to the one on the opposite side of the town. During this year, they have done ample renovation and expansion and the aftermath seems to be great. The floors are clean and the grocery side seems to be so nice and organized. Well-lit as well. This is one of the stores that have a lot of clearances which can be as low as a $1 at times on clothes. They have also fixed the buy online and store pick up to be faster and more convenient. The systematic value of this Walmart has gone up this year, I can say that for sure. The customer service can be a hit and miss.

Right now I would steer you away from here because they are renovating and we all know that means a mess. This is otherwise a standard Walmart with all of the same things every other one has; including the lack of knowledgeable staff, not so clean restrooms, and cheaply made housewares. We have become a society of disposables and this is definitely the place to visit to get your 'cheap shop' on.

Generally a clean store but most of the customer service is a total joke with a feel of "I work at Walmart so clearly I am better than you and you are bothering me by being a customer" most visits. Which makes me giggle. I don't come here unless I absolutely need to.
