Getting help and assistance was kind of stressful as we were not familiar this store layout. The store itself was clean and very well lit. Easy to maneuver through isles.

I love my Wal-Mart. It's the only store that still allows you to fill water jugs. Unfortunately the only Wal-Mart that allows this is the one in Lawton. Way 2 go Wal-Mart. I want to give a shout out to the vision center inside the Walmart in Portage. Dr. A is a great person and the staff is also great. I have nothing but good things to say about this organization. Way to go Walmart vision center. Want to give a huge shout out to the Vision Center. The staff is exceptional. If you want quality glasses @ a great price than you need to get them here. Dr. A is really an excellent doctor. Very kind, patient and just an all around great person. If you want great glasses and even greater service you need to start getting your glasses here. Way to go Walmart Vision Center! Keep up the great work. Just keep it up! My. Walmart pharmacy is always #1 in my book! Very polite and professional. Way to go Walmart pharmacy! Still loven my Walmart!

P.s i checked the return policy and ot states nothing of a time frame to return a merchandise..... The Persons Michelle and staff make up there own rules which will likely cause for a lawsuit.
went into the store today and purchased a TV. After the purchase I decided I did not want the TV as I was going to get another. The customer service told me I had to wait 24 hours to do so even though it's not on the receipt and the box is closed I just brought it. Mind I was not rude however I still wanted to talk to a manager for some clarification as they did not not provide this information to me.
A leader or front manager Michelle came from the front customer service back to speak to me and she kept saying "well online oue policy states" and I told her I did not shop online but on the store. And she said I know we established that 4 times now but we can't post our full policy in the store " and then Michelle just walked away from me in the middle of the conversation and another manager was right behind her watching the whole thing.
Like really Michelle just was so rude to a customer who was not yelling who was not rude but who was only questioning the return policy that was not present in store and the thing is if she could not answer it she should have gotten her boss to help her answer.
I see why many people state they don't shop at Walmart mainly because how the workers are and how the workers are treated and how the merchandise is. I rather give my money to another business.

Fix the can recycling!!! Always broken, bins full, etc. Wasting so much time even trying to recycle there.
