This store!! The man who runs it is the epitome of real customer service! You don’t find that in a big cold box store! You need a hardware store? You need to go to Quincy Ace Hardware.

This Ace hardware has the BEST customer service! I have been there a handful to times to get a couple of things while working on the cottage and they have never let me down. I highly recommend going there for all your needs.

This man is very rude and uses foul language I wouldn't recommend anybody to shop for anything at this store the man needs to be fired or shut down for the attitude he has torge customers

Mike the owner is great. Had a couple questions and he provided the items needed. Very friendly and keep the money local vs big box. Will be our go to going forward and so glad I stopped in.
